Easy to find,large free car park.Very friendly lady on reception.Nice size room and lots of breakfast items to choose from.

In winter time nothing work, they don't have extra cover to offer. The reception team did everything they can to assist.

Room lovely and clean, beds super comfy for a good night’s sleep, friendly staff, good amenities and complementary bar snacks, nice wine and things for the children to do

The room was cold, couldn't crank up the heat enough to warm it up. Hallway were cold too. Old building needing upkeep. The TV remote worked intermittently. Room smelled smoky, for a non-smoking room. Not sure I'd stay here again unless I was desparate.

Clean and had all you needed. 2nd time we have stayed there in 3 weeks. TV in each room didn’t work hence the 4 star.

Close to motorway, nice restaurant inside. Cleqn and tidy. Amazing friendly staff. For the price worth every penny

The room service staff took my water bottle from the room althought it was clearly visible that it was not disposable. Despite reporting to the reception desk I coldnt get it back before I checkout. In addition to this they also took away my tooth brush & tooth paste which was my personal property. When asked the reception desk to provide my tooth brush & paste they said they it is not available. The iron was also provided without any iron stand.

Room smelt of sewage. Air Conditioning Control Hanging off the wall, Toilet seat was broken, large area of Carpet wet by the Bathroom and bedroom doors

Large clean room, comfortable bed & pullows, good air con, cosy bar, nice pool with outside bar seating. Restaurant was ok, dinner good, breakfast mediocre. Ours was included in room rate, but would not have paid the€18 for awful coffee and average buffet.

Great spacious room, clean.

It was ok - it was not staffed enough to support all staying in the hotel, when we were there. The first day breakfast (19th Aug 25) was disaster - despite the best effort from a lady (only one on the ground) - many end up waiting for long / left without having breakfast.. Next day was ok - few more staff on the ground then.... Perhaps, it was an odd week in the holiday month.

Good pool, air con noisy and bar expensive.

Room not ready at check in time. Breakfast service poor and key food items missing until many early guests had finished.

Clean need Reno

Air con didn’t work and property was dated. I’d stayed in a basic Kyriad (Beaune), the night before and although the room was considerably smaller, everything worked and it was spotlessly clean. The Kyriad Prestige may have had a pool but I won’t be using it again. Complained about the lack of functioning aircon and got a small refund.

Staff were wonderful, room clean and tidy. Just a really lively hotel

Had to ask for toilet tissue, towels, iron. Odd smell in hallways. Carpets not clean. Not a pleasant stay.

We bored here as it was convenient (and very well priced) during our trip from London to Italy. The staff were excellent, couldn’t be more helpful. Very welcoming! The room was spotless!!
