Wonderful experience! Clean property, nice staff and delicious breakfast, in the heart of Zakopane!

Everything was good. But we were only told after we got there that the swimming pool would not be open for the days we were there. We had chosen this hotel because of the pool and packed accordingly. No refund was offered.

Clean room. Excellent location. No elevator so taking the buggage 3 floors up was difficult. There is a charge for the parking at the hotel and quite expensive

Perfect location right on Kupowski Street. Staff were wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. The room was larger than expected with a large en suite bathroom and balcony. Spotless throughout and serviced daily. Loved my first visit to Poland and will be back to the Sabala very soon.

Loved everything about this hotel. From arrival to checkout it was perfect. Lovely rooms in a central location. All staff were perfect and helpful. Only stayed two nights as a group with two rooms but everyone loved it and we will all be going back for longer. Can’t wait to return.

Excellent location, beautiful wooden alpine style hotel. Food & drinks were great, the breakfast is fantastic lots of choice. Hotel facilities were good also, nice pool & sauna. Highly recommended hotel.

The staff, the premises and the overall atmosphere are simply outstanding. Though breakfast was not free, I gladly paid for the meal. The food was prepared the way i liked and the variety was outstanding. The reception staff and security gentleman were always pleasant and helpful. \i highly recommend the Hotel Sabala and its very convenient location.

The hotel is lovely in a picturesque street. Staff very helpful. A helpful note to travelers would be to advise that there is no lift but staff happy to help with luggage.

I wish the stuff were a little bit more friendly. I'm not saying they were bad but they could serve with a smile. Anyways, thank you for everything 😊

I liked the location

Perfect stay in the heart of the pedestrian street. Rooms are spacious and the restaurant is wonderful. Have a great breakfast, go for a hike, relax in the pool and sauna, have a lovely dinner and drinks on the patio.

Fantastic location in the heart of the buzzy shopping area, set against the backdrop of Tatra mountains. Beautiful verandah and orangery to sit in for dinner and breakfast respectively with gorgeous views. Restaurant staff was lovely and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable and firm but the pillows were odd and very thin. Room was comfortably large enough, some little spots weren’t clean (dust on bed headrest, wall on bathroom) but overall good. Will return for the location and the lovely breakfast
