I have to say probably one of the best hotels we have stayed out with regards to staff. All staff were friendly, attentive and willing to go that extra mile to make sure our stay was as good as possible, 2 staff members stood out, isacc and Donovan were super friendly, they cared that you had a good time, and that our stay was as comfortable as possible and it was, will certainly return in the not to distant future.

Fantastic stay. A bunch of cyclist had to be up and away at 03:30 and the hotel put on a superb breakfast in a bag. Chapeau

Air con not working, fully booked so only option non serviceable room offered, Hotel agreed discount as small room, not king size as booked

Extremely disappointed with having to pay for parking when booking showed free parking. Communal toilets were disgracefully dirty and breakfast everyone was crammed in a small area. Only positive was the room size was good and breakfast had a nice selection.

Parking you now pay £5.00 don’t know why out of town Breakfast was really good only ate continental but hot food looked good Room faced a brick wall and bins laundry store the best thing about the room was the shower although over a bath The staff are pretty miserable looking they seem as if they are just there to do the basic try smiling a good morning would not go a miss

Paid for premium delux room on check in they only had standard double rooms left hadno refund from holiday inn only a complimentary drink which does not amount to my extra 100 pound which i paid for delux room not exceptable wont be staying again

No hot water in the morning, bathroom sink to small for taps ended up soaked on 2 occasions. Security chain taken off door. TV very small however staff were very professional and extremely helpful nothing was to much. I think hotel very tired needs updating and security on doors.

Handy for trips to North Kent area

Staff were great as usual. Improved here in the last few months except for the parking charge! Breakfast and dinner were fine. Reasonably priced against others.

Lack of soft soft drink's, cordial’s in the restaurant, some rooms had mould in the bathrooms.

Strange set up of the lights, all controlled buy switch’s by the door including bath room. So if you need the bath room in the night you will have to leave it on or go the door on the opposite side of the room to turn the lights on and off
