1. The room was smelly, the smell of mold was everywhere, even the lobby, reception desk, and elevator had a pretty unpleasant smell! 2. The food was bad, inedible, and it felt rude to leave it on the table, so I intended to bring it back to my room to throw away, but the waiter thought I wanted to take it out to eat more, even the pepper and salt jars, I don't know how many years they haven't changed or added them, Same table position, sat for 2 consecutive mornings, but when I needed to use the pepper and salt, the jars were empty, I took the pepper jar from the table next to me to use, oh my gosh, it smelled moldy, probably the pepper had expired! 3. The attitude of the breakfast waiter was unfriendly and quite unpleasant, the night receptionist was also not very welcoming to guests. This morning I could only eat bread and white porridge!

The location is quite strategic, about 5 minutes to MTR Jordan, near Sevel and DS snack shop to find souvenirs. The staff are also friendly and can speak English (because in HK many locals don't speak English well)

Getting off the A21 bus from the airport is a bit far, walking distance, standard rooms are small, Wi-Fi on the upper floors is poor.

The room size is just right, it's not big but it's comfortable enough and most importantly it's clean and just a short walk from TST.

The location is quite strategic, but the hotel is quite far from public transportation (MTR and Bus), there are many mini markets and several cafes/restaurants around the hotel, the rooms are indeed small, but still ok, the conclusion is that it is still recommended, I give it a score of 7 out of 10

Room too small, amenities (like toothbrush) not free, we have to buy. The bed is so hard that it is uncomfortable, but it's in the center of the city.

The hotel staff service was just so-so, only the staff at the front who seemed friendly and kind helped with luggage when checking out.

No drinking water, the air cond. cannot adjust the temperature which was too cold at 19 degree C and the hotel staff told me to solve this problem by switching off the air cond. and if I felt no ventilation in the room then just turned on the air cond.... This mean I have to switch on and off all night long. How come!! It is such an idiot solution. I requested the to change the room but the hotel staff denied and said all room air cond are the same which can not adjust the temperature...unbelievable!! Late morning, I went to the hotel breakfast room for hot water and one hotel staff there yelled at me "not allow. Not allow!!!" eventhough they have it. Stay away from this hotel!!!!!!!

The reservation process is very fast and served friendly. The location of the hotel is very strategic: very close to 7 eleven, food places and shopping centers. To get to the Avenue of the stars, you can walk while seeing the bustling city atmosphere.

The service here is really cool. The room is tidied up every day. Always greets when we meet.

The receptionist was professional and the building looks luxurious even though the room size is a bit small. The cleaning service is very friendly and always greets you. The room is clean and most importantly the price is affordable. Around there, namely on Kimberly road, there are those who sell cheap food/rice.

I found my hair straightener broken after asking for make up room during my stay in Ramada hotel and felt disappointed with no empathy and bad attitude of one of male staff of front office team. He made Ramada Grand Hong Kong Tsim Sha Tsui felt lack of hospitality service.

The staffs are helpful. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. I booked a deluxe room. It felt small, but it was not cramped. The room didn't smell bad. The surrounding area didn't smell bad. At first, I was worried because I saw a review that it was near the market. It would smell like fish. I didn't smell anything. Overall, it was okay.

We recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Hong Kong. The accommodation is as advertised, clean, the housekeeper cleans every day. The nearby Korean food is very delicious. There is no smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The counter staff are cute and can speak English. (The hotel will charge an additional fee. It is written in the hotel policy.)
