Really good location! Great costumer Service

Absolutely no complaints! The hotel is a short walk to downtown. It is directly on SJDS beach. It has a well maintained pool which was awesome for the kids. The rooms were small but fine. We weren’t in them much anyway. They serve delicious classic Nica breakfast with fresh fruit and juice. Can’t beat it! The owner is absolutely wonderful and accommodating and helped us call taxis and even made my kids a special pancake breakfast one morning. Incredible views of the mountains and beach. Sunsets from the balcony were unreal. Would absolutely stay here again!

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious and filling breakfast included. Room was basic but clean, with hot water and good AC.

Todo muy excelente, lo único que les recomiendo que deberían de cambiar los colchones de las camas y que tengan cobijas en las camas , sólo tienen sábanas y no tienen cobijas. Pero aparte de eso excelente.

Hard to park. The rooms don’t have a view. The condition of the hotel is 2 out of 5

Beautiful view from the second floor. Walkable and accessible to the bars and restaurants from the beach side. Pleasant and courteous staff.

The owner Herman was amazing! So friendly, saw him in town and he made sure to say hi and chat about our time there the next day. Breakfast was exceptional! Rooms were no frills, like warm shower. Beds left a little to be desired, but the stay was overall a great experience.

This wasn’t a hotel it’s an old house I didn’t stay, we end up going to another HOTEL and never got reimbursed

This is a nice house with a lot of potential to be better. This is really like an air B & B not a hotel feel. It NEEDS MAINTENANCE BIG TIME. THE breakfast & the bed are good but could be better. OVER ALL THERES A Beautiful VIEW TO THE BAHIA & close to restaurants & businesses.

Staff are exceptional. Safe and walkable to downtown. Great place to stay new SJDS.

We loved this place! The staff is very attentive as far as being flexible and breakfast which was our favorite! Parking was easy! Super friendly staff!! Def recommend!
