No proper first aid for customer.Costumers service was terrible even in emergency situations.My 10 years old son was get emergency from food allergy,he get generalized rash at night around 9pm. This was his first time ,it haven’t happened to him before.I didn’t prepare for this situation then I ran to the front desk to ask for helping such as first aid med etc. The answer was there weren’t have any policy for any kind of medications even allergy pill .They just told me to cross the street in front of the resort to ask the small local grocery store (of course there wasn’t any medication) , no any suggestions such as clinic, pharmacy,or any health care places or phone number. They paid me ,their customer whose son was in life threatenIng from food allergy that could be causing anaphylactic shock no mind
