Excellent location, very central. Big clean room. Good facilities. Could be improved with a sofa or armchairs as only beds and dining chair to sit on. Easy check in and parking close by.

Good value basic hotel near the centre of Niort

Appartement spacieux, couchage excellent. Sols et moquettes pas nets. Le quartier de nuit est un peu non-recommandable et salr, pas d'accès facile en voiture pour décharger.

The hotel was very clean and the employees, friendly. The items that needed improvement include lack of tissue boxes, and missing exterior windows/doors in the parent bedroom (it was very hot).

We had friends stay at the Ibis Styles across the street, which was more expensive and horrible in comparison. This apartment was fabulous compared to it and good value for money.

Room is clean; comfortable bed; was surprised to see mini-kitchen (my first stay at appart'city); check in & check out staff are friendly and English speaking. Because of this Niort experience, booked another appart'city in Paris TIPS: if you're headed for Coulon, there's a free bus system (line 22 with Coulon & Niort as terminus) with stops at the Bre`che or Niort train station; new buses (very clean). Map of the route is on every bus station (Quai).

Room was fine and staff friendly but be aware that there’s no air conditioning. Made sleeping very though as room too hot!

Niort appeared very nice, hotel was adequate, the staff failed to provide cot as requested and there was no way to raise anybody on site to discuss this which was disappointing.

Excellent Hotel - the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I stayed in 4 different apartments due to visiting at 4 different dates during my stay and the property is definitely well maintained. Everything is done to make your stay comfortable, and the little things like allowing me to access my room before check in times definitely made me come back. It was just a stop over, did its job, it was cheap, you get what you pay for, very basic

We booked this accommodation as a stop-over between Roscoff and Bordeaux - a perfect apartment for this purpose and we actually felt we could spend more nights here. The apartment is clean, easily-accessed and spacious. The shower room was also sizeable for out family of four. Parking was slightly puzzling at first - there is very little Parkin available on-site, but there is a gated multi-storey car park 5 minutes away which is free to people staying in the apartments. Easy really! We will definitely book with Appart'City on the future - we felt it offers more than simply a hotel room.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this as a place to stay. Their was free parking directly outside on the street or the choice of secure parking. The rooms were modern and spotless. It was well designed. A kitchenette with the cooking facilities and full size fridge proved useful. There was also a table and chairs. An ideal size. I notice that it had been mentioned the room was small for two people. I am dumbfounded why it would be considered so. It was ideal with all you could ask for. The location was ideal for walking into the town. I have no negatives to mention.GREAT PLACE TO STAY. GREAT VALUE.
