The location is stunning. In the middle of the forest, away from all the busy noise. We were lucky enough to have kangaroos, kookaburras, and many other birds visit us, right at our cabin. The cabin itself is cozy, fitted with a gas heater in the living space and oil heaters for the bedrooms, all of which did a great job warming the place up. We booked a whole cabin as they are duplex style, and I am glad we did. The walls are very thin, and the cabin being wood and elevated on stilts means you hear almost every footstep throughout. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. Although some areas of the cabin were worn, it didn't ruin our stay. I would love to return. It's the perfect winter getaway. Our teenagers and toddlers had a great time, and mum and dad enjoyed waking up to the birds and taking in that forest air.
