Beautiful location within the Colca valley. Delicious restaurant, great amenities in a breathtaking scene.

An absolutely incredible place to relax and explore the Colca Valley! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the hot springs, which we had almost entirely to ourselves on a weekday. The amenities were top-notch, the bed was luxuriously soft, and feeding the alpacas was a truly unforgettable experience. This spot exceeded our expectations in every way and made our visit to the Colca Valley unforgettable.

We only stayed here one night while on a 2-day tour of Colca Canyon, but we all left saying we would love to come back here and stay for at least 3 nights. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the surrounding area is just beautiful! The service was great, and our meals at the restaurant were delicious.

A wonderful location, even though the switchback road in is rather intimidating.

The hotel is gorgeous, it's definitely a great hotel, different to any I've been before. From the outsides the rooms looks like little houses and are luxurious from the inside. The infrastructure of the hotel is beautiful, the views, everything. The pools look great, but they are really cold, even the warm one depends on the weather, si you have to be lucky it's sunny while you stay there. The restaurant is beautiful too and the food is delicious, not too expensive, but be aware of the price. There are also thermal waters outside the hotel, but really near; you have to pay S/.6, but I do not recommend them, because I don't know if its because I went there or another reason, but I got like a little skin allergy and I was itchy all the week. As I said, I'm not sure it it happen because of the thermal waters or what, but it depends on you. We have a little confusion with the hotel, because we bought a bottle of wine that was on our mini fridge, but the princes weren't upgraded. So when we did the check out they wanted us to pay like 3 times the price. We explained that in our room it said another price and we should pay for what they expected, because if we would have known that, we wouldn't buy the bottle of whine. The personal of the hotel understood the situation and only charged the price that was on our room so that inconvenient was solved really fast. It is an incredible hotel that I definitely recommend, its really relaxing and a great experience you should have.

Amazing hotel in the middle of nowhere. Such a surprise when you see it after a 15-20 minute bumpy drive from Chivey. Staff were extremely friendly. Food was very good. Nice bar. No gym, but Spa services and pool. It was a beautiful stay.

Nice installation, very good rooms, nice view, quiet for relaxing, good food, the only problem is that both pools spa and outside are very cold water almost not recommended to use and are very small, also outside pool is not well care it is dirty. If they change this it will be great hotel.

Great location next to the river. Received a free 10 min massage for each guest in the spa. Free dry and steam sauna

Overall, it was a great hotel. The only things I'd say were not excellent were the restaurant and the spa. But the rooms and the property were wonderful.

The best place in the middle of nowhere to relax and enjoy the landscape, amenities and spa. In general, your time there will leave you feeling relaxed and happy. It is exactly what I was looking for.

Beautiful location in the Colca Valley. Easy check in. It is remote so you can not go into a local town for the evening.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The location is unbelievably beautiful set on the side of a river canyon with water features on site that provide a very peaceful & soothing atmosphere. Great bar & dining room with indoor pool & spa. Highly recommended.

Great place,very romantic and clean but probably very remote location restaurant is not what we expected, staff however is very attentive and nice. Overall rating is 3,5 because of restaurant need to be improved a lot

The hotel is located inside the Colca Valley, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. The location itself makes this hotel unique and difficult to regret, specially if you want to forget your troubles for a couple of days and relax. In addition to the location, the service was impeccable, the room was comfy, the food was tasty and the hotel is quite amusing, as it provides many activities. The indoor pool inside the spa is another pleasant treat if your objective is to relax. I highly recommend it!
