Hotel seemed a little run down. Staff in the dining room and bar were non engaging. Was hoping for a friendlier interaction.

This hotel was very nice. Lots of things around.... Pubs and places to eat & shop.

The front desk personnel was very welcoming and helpful.

It was excellent the receptionist Delia helped us find a places to see and the waitress a woman who untirely served us on our dinner with a smile. I asked the name but not sure was it Geraldine who returned the bank card that we left in the restaurant. We are so happy with our stay

Very enjoyable one night stay. Room and bathroom were in excellent condition. What stood out was the breakfast. Staff was friendly and inviting and the food was outstanding. Thank you Gavin for your humor and knowledge.

Amazing breakfast and beautiful hotel in a lovely town. The only downside was the restaurant specials where abit disappointing. But the staff where very helpful and it was a nice old fashioned hotel but in very good nick.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, excellent buffet breakfast included in the price. Had supper there one of the two nights we stayed and it too was excellent.

Nice quiet room 112. Tea and coffee. No aircon and no walk in showers. Very quiet town and sadly lacking in places to get dinner. Enjoyed stay. Staff were very nice especially Gavin at breakfast.
