Not as advertised. The room is very bad compared to the price. Booked a family room because 3 people would sleep, but got a room for 2 people with only an extra single bed in bad condition. The bed was big and the mattress had only springs. Got 1 blanket that was a topper and 1 more smelly blanket. Asked for more but they said it was only for 2 people. Indian accommodation, very bad cleaning, dirty floor, dare not walk barefoot. Another room was next to a temple and was not soundproof at all. The temple announced at 6 am. Could not sleep. I would not take a room like this even if it was 100 baht per night.

The room is totally different from the photos they uploaded on app. There is no electricity to charge the phone or to use other devices. There is only 1 button to turn on all the devices in the room including light bulb, fan and air conditioner. The AC is also too old. The rooms smells terrible and so does water. They didn't change the blanket and pillow for us after the first day even thought we booked 2 nights. Btw, the staff are pretty nice. One more thing, the reception and the room and not detached so it's pretty hard to book bolt or taxi. No shampoo, no toothbrush

It's an Indian hotel. It's very noisy. The rooms are quite old and the price is cheap.

Terrible. It's just a room in a shophouse. They even took me to a nearby guesthouse, which was also a room in a shophouse. It was extremely dirty. The bedsheets, pillows, and blankets were not washed. They smelled disgusting. I don't know if they have a license to operate a hotel. The staff were foreigners (all Indian guests, couldn't understand Thai very well). They charged a 500 baht deposit for the room when checking in (from a room price of only 480). It didn't pass and you shouldn't be in front of the Traveloka app. Out of 10, I'd give -8.

The check-in process is fast, quite near Walking street.
