This hotel is located in a very busy part of Ho Chi Minh City. There are many good restaurants and also shopping places. Staff are friendly and the hotel rooms are nice and clean. As for the price is reasonable.

Before coming, I called to ask if I could check in early, the person who answered the phone said yes. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff member sitting at the desk saw me but did not greet me, then I asked to check in and you said I came early to wait until 2 o'clock to have a room. I said no because I called to ask before coming. Then check in yourself but very attitude. The room I booked on the website said it was a king size bed but when I arrived it was only a queen size. The room is old, entering the room feels like it has not been cleaned, the sofa is very dirty

It was a twin property hotel connecting by 2 streets! Good location less then 10mins walk to Ben thanh market! Budget room has a fake window that opens up to a water and sewer pipes! But the pool and restaurant seems nice.

The room is spacious, clean and comes with unblocked city view. Breakfast is decent. Conveniently located to various places of attractions in D1 and accessible to food. There 's also a 24 hour convenient store next to hotel. Highly recommended to stay here if you visit Saigon.

The room is a bit small, the window is just a glass shutter, not a window even though I booked a room with a window. The rooftop space and swimming pool are beautiful, although the pool is a bit small.

Been in Alagon many times with family and friends. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the location is convenient to go anywhere, the receptionists are cute and enthusiastic

Minus: Alagon system on the app is not clear, so when guests come to check in, they may have to move back and forth between 3 hotels. (Alagon has 3 small hotels but located in the same area so don't worry about getting lost)

This hotel is very nice, worth the money. Staffs are very helpful and nice. Good location. Room is clean and comfy. Everything just great. I had a wonderful trip in VN because of this hotel.
