Excelente hotel, antigo e sem luxo, mas muito bem conservado, com tudo funcionando muito bem. Localização fabulosa, perto dos pontos mais interessantes do Jardins, 1 quarteirão da Avenida Paulista. A atendente Priscila foi espetacular, muito prestativa e carismática.

Apesar de antigo, o flat é bem conservado e tudo fundiona direitinho. A mobília e a decoração são de época, mas se hospedar lá é uma experiência legal de vivenciar como eram os primeiros flats de São Paulo. A localização é magnífica, perto de tudo. E o atendimento é ótimo, o pessoal foi prestativo, receptivo e acolhedor

Just arrived at Alameda Apart Hotel and I’m already in love with it! It’s amazing to find such a calm and peaceful atmosphere right in the heart of São Paulo. I instantly felt at home here.

Carpete sujo no quarto. As toalha são repostas a cada dois dias. Tenho que me enxugar com a toalha molhada. O Café da manhã do Hotel Mercure é muito bom! Pena que não tem café da manhã dentro do Alameda Apart. A localização é muito boa!

STAY AWAY!

Their Superior Suite Room which I was upcharged for looks like Standard suite in the site. Most front desk people were nor knowleadble nor helpful with excetion of talent wasted overnights. The manager js non existant. The room rain INSIDE ALL OVER BY BED IN ROOM DUE TO INFILTRATION. I let then know and nothing was done. The owner of the building himself appeared and was a jerk with after a week staying paying their overprices then couldnt just wait my car for me to leave lobby. Dont stay.

Foi interessante, o local é bem localizado, perto do metrô. O ponto negativo é a ausência de um forno microondas

O apartamento é ótimo, não é um apartamento moderno, mas, nem por isso deixa nada a desejar, cumpre o que promete, uma única sugestão que teria para deixar para o estabelecimento é, se possível, deixar algum utensilio para esquentar uma água pelo menos. Agradeço muito o trabalho de todos, quando voltar a São Paulo, voltarei ao local.

BEWARE: Front desk at check-in is bluntly rude and with shocking unapologetic sarcasm. Front desk staff started at being unaccommodating then escalated to a full disrespectful demeanor. If this is what you want - stay at this hotel. I love the city and I visit Sao Paulo often. However first time I ever not only felt UNWELCOME but I also felt I WAS UNSAFE after the negativity I experienced. Unfortunately I felt this soon as I stepped to the check-in counter. Sao Paulo is a beautiful city and THERE ARE MANY FRIENDLY OPTIONS - do not choose this place. Excellent people in brazil. FROM A FREQUENT VISITOR WHO KNOWS YOU CAN FIND MUCH MORE CARING HOTEL STAFF WHO WANT TO WELCOME VISITORS.

Good basic apartment hotel. Plenty of room. Basic in comfort but suitable. Need bottled water in the room.

O Alameda é uma escolha minha de longa data. Proposta enxuta, sem café da manhã ou room service, mas com outros elementos que compensam. Melhor localização e equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Apartamentos amplos, quarto e sala.

Medonho. Cheiro de mofo muito forte já na recepção. Tudo muito antigo nos quartos. Da região, já fiquei em praticamente todos. Esse é O pior que já fiquei!!! Nunca mais volto!
