Quiet location secluded from, but very convenient for, local amenities and sites. Tiny but delightful pool and terrace - when you find them. Pleasant bar. Room and bathroom adequate and clean if a touch charmless. Perhaps the history as a convent shows through!

Took a rest break from hiking the Camino. Fabulous experience in every way!

I visit the city several times a year for work, and I have never stayed here before as we have corporate prices for other hotels. But bringing my family along for a mini vacation, this hotel is now my favourite in the city. Facilities are great. The hotel is very modern while remaining traditional and the team working there cannot do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel

It's an OK place to stay. The lobby area is not welcoming at all. Service is ok. Room was ok. Asked to have shower inspected as it was not sraining well, and it wasn't checked/reviewed. Room service was hit/miss. A/C was the only highlight; very good. Good location, within the historic area. Would stay again? Probably not, but it is an ok option.

The breakfast selection is superior. The location is super convenient if you’re visiting Pamplona for Sanfermines. The rooms are very nice with great views.

This hotel is amazing. It sits at the top of Pamplona it was a great place to stay for running the bulls. It’s walking distance to everything and four blocks from the start of the running of the bulls. It’s also a great place to get away from everything even though it’s so close.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms and well kept.

We were in Pamplona for the San Fermin festival and stayed here. In a sea of chaos, this is an oasis. The pool is beautiful, the breakfast is wonderful, and the restaurant for dinner has an amazing menu of classic Spanish and western dishes. The staff is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. When in town, a must stay… also, it is very close to the river path, which is a 3 mile out, 6 out and back, which is beautiful.

This hotel is magical. The location is magnificent and the staff are extraordinary. The service is the best. It felt like home and we did not want to leave.
