The room was minimal but had all you needed. It was clean and foremost the double bed was very comfy, especially for me that has a back problem. The rooftop made up for the small room. You can take a free coffee there, relax or work. Location is excellent near the Atocha train station, metro and taxi stand, very close to bar and restaurant area. No minibar but you can find beverages, snacks etc in the reception. Breakfast was good. Make sure you book a slot the day before as the rooftop has limited space. Recommend it!

First time travelers from Atocha station should consider this location. Attractive price and many restaurants even downstairs and next to hotel. Small room with small bathroom. Extremely convenient to trade off space as all hotels. Will Choice again in the future.

Great location, especially if you travel by train in/out. Rooms are clean and tiny, I barely had enough space to open my carry-on on the floor, it was on the door's way. Staff are nice. For some reason, I thought the terrace was also a hotel bar, but it is not (for those who'd think that too). With that said, a bit on the pricy end.

The room was very small for the price

Even the double room with balcony felt crazy small. Bathroom is super narrow and when you hang your cloths there is absolutely now way to use the desk. Monkey tails in reception look fun however dusting them off once in a while wouldn’t hurt.

Staff and the overall ambience of the hotel was very nice. My only complain was the size of the restroom. The property was conveniently situated, close to the metro and train station. There were also a wide variety of places to eat near by.

The location was the best feature. The room was small (expected) yet comfortable with a very good private shower. That is all I needer. I did not have breakfast but checked the rooftop where they serve it, and I imagine that is a nice feature.

This was one of the best hotel stays I have had in recent memory. We booked last minute, choosing this hotel mainly due to price and location. When we arrived we were offered early check in and free coffee and soft drinks. Huge bonus, at not much is free in the area. When we got to the room, the front desk called shortly after to ask if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Nice touch! Built in blue tooth speakers in the ceiling were something I hadn't seen in a hotel before and were pretty cool. I also loved their commitment to sustainability. The room card keys were made of wood and the hallways had responsive lighting, so they only came on when you entered the hall. They have a well stocked market area in the lobby with delicious home baked treats (and salads and sandwiches) that are very reasonably priced. They also offer a very well priced breakfast that we enjoyed. You couldn't ask for a better location. Very close to Atocha train station and all of the shopping, restaurants, clubs, and museums that the area is known for. Very highly recommend!

Phenomenal location, modern, and clean.

Mi estancia en Sleep’n Atocha fue muy positiva. El proceso de check‑in online fue excelente y pude disfrutar de las bebidas de cortesía, un toque que marca diferencia. Al llegar, el personal nos recibió con mucha amabilidad, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. La ubicación es inmejorable: a pasos de la estación de Atocha y rodeado de opciones para comer, beber, comprar y pasear. Es ideal para quienes quieren moverse fácilmente por Madrid. Como único aspecto a mejorar, el baño era demasiado pequeño para mi comodidad y las dos camas unidas no fueron la mejor opción para dormir. Aun así, todo lo demás fue excelente y recomendaría el hotel por su servicio y ubicación.

Great location and service

The hotel location was ideal - only a short walk to the Metro or the railway station. The staff were superb - friendly and helpful. Room was clean and there is air conditioning. The rooms are very small - I booked a double room for me because the deal offered at the time, a double was cheaper than a single. If my husband had been with me, it would have been impossible for both of us to comfortably move around it. The sound proofing isn’t good - I could hear chatter, tv from adjacent room. Breakfast was a buffet and there was an ample choice of quality food on offer. Would I stay there again? Probably not only because of the very small rooms.

Loved our stay here, staff very friendly and helpful. Location great for lots of attractions and connections to metro and easy access from airport. Roof top breakfast room was lovely each morning would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, last minutes as my flight and bags were delayed 5 hours so I grabed this place as the delay caused me to miss my train but the hotel was 10 minute walk to station so the next day off to Zaragoza. Fairly modern hotel, didn’t have time to visit the lounge on the roof, next time beds very comfortable and bath and room nice. Staff recommendarions for eats were also great and the even printed my train (new) ticket for Fridays trip!

Great location!

Very clean and calm, and close to transit. We asked for extra pillows and they provided us. Nice stuff and confortable stay. Perfect if you’re exploring the city and spending the majority of time outdoors.
