Lovely clean accommodation. Easy self check in/check out.

Parking was nice and easy, rooms were very clean and comfortable!

Room was clean and felt very cozy/quiet despite being central to the downtown area. Staff were super helpful, hot tub was a great way to finish the day and was never overly busy. Absolutely would stay again and recommend others do the same.

One parking spot per room. Right on main street super convenient can walk to everything and leave the vehicle parked. Right by the creek. Hot tub area has creek and mountain views. Luv d it!!

Good location! Lots of parking. Rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk lady wasn’t very nice- I asked for ice and she fully dropped the tongs in front of me said “oops” then picked them up and put them IN the ice bin… but the hotel itself is wonderful we love staying here when in Canmore.

The room was very secure and cozy. Perfect for a quick trip to the mountains. The hot tub was amazing with a great view of the mountains. The receptionist was a little rude and not entirely friendly but worked well. Parking is nice if you’re on the first floor you can park right outside your room. Plus it’s pet friendly

Parking was easy ... nice enough place for what we did. Nothing fancy.

The room was clean and equipped with a Nespresso machine (with pods), a kettle and a small fridge. The outdoor hot tub was also a very nice feature. The location on Main Street was great and we were able to park our vehicle and walk to restaurants, artPlace and the shops.

Parking is very tight and unregulated not enough parking for rooms

The room was set up beautifully and was clean and the staff were fantastic. The door handle to our room ran out of batteries and we were locked outside, but the manager ran up and gave us a key for the remainder of our stay. The bed is comfy, sheets and towels were clean. Parking was fine we were always able to get a spot outside our room.

We really enjoyed our stay here---it was so close to everything in town and had everything we needed! The only thing that would've made our stay better would be a microwave!

Clean. Quiet.

Positives: room was nicely renovated and clean. Hot tub on site for use. Shower products provided were very good quality (Rocky Mountain soap company) Negatives: walls were very thin. You could hear the plumbing very loudly as you slept. There were only 2 channels on the TV and the tv was older so the cast / screen mirroring function didn't work on my newer iPhone

Just one complain. No microwave

We knew it was a motel and the price was super reasonable so we didn’t have high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. There are no extras but for the price and the cleanliness we were happy! FYI there is an ice machine at the front desk and even though we didn’t use it, the hot tub looked decent.
