Good Things: Room Quality: The room was nice and quiet, providing a comfortable and peaceful stay. Facilities: The facilities were adequate and met our needs. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was very good, with attention to detail. Breakfast: The breakfast was good, though I would have appreciated more British breakfast options like beans. Overall, I was well fed and quite happy. Location: The location is great, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Things to Improve: Parking Access: The parking was not the most convenient to access as it uses the public parking lot from the city. While the integration is good, having to extend the parking ticket every 24 hours was a bit complicated. Electric Vehicle Charging: Identifying the electric chargers in the parking lot was a bit challenging, though this might have been due to my own oversight. Do Not Disturb Sign: One day, despite placing the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, I returned to find the room had been accessed and some limited cleaning done. Additionally, the phone, which I had unplugged, was plugged back in. This was a bit unsettling.

Located just opposite the station and right next to the pedestrian centre of the city. Rooms ok, but a bit dark.

Our stay at Ibis Styles Montbeliard was fantastic! The breakfast was a highlight—delicious and diverse, with a great variety of options. What truly stood out was their thoughtful gesture on our departure day; they accommodated an early breakfast at 5:30 am, allowing us to enjoy a meal before our 6 am checkout, which was immensely appreciated. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel’s convenient underground public parking (10 euros/day, quite ok), numerous nearby restaurants within walking distance, and the array of board games available for families made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Highly recommended!

Really good room: double plus 2 sofa beds for the kids. Nice big, clean bathroom. Good breakfast (1 person running it who seemed a bit busy but he did his best). Reception staff spoke good English Free ev charging spaces in the car park (2 pin euro domestic 230v house socket socket)

We received a very warm welcome when we first arrived and then, we were very happy to discover our large and clean rooms. Everything is well kept and I like the decoration. Now a word about breakfast: it was well organized knowing the current COVID situation and everything was made to keep the guests as safe as possible. Last thing: the pastries were delicious and the coffee was decent. Conclusion: I am not sure we will go back to Montbéliard, but if you decide to go there, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
