Advertised a triple room online, which we paid for 2 than when we got to the hotel they preceded to tell us they were only giving us double rooms because they didn’t have triple rooms. We had paid more for the triple rooms. They argued with us which we than had to make a call to hotels.com to get refunded for the rooms which were falsely advertised. The check in paper clearly stated (2) triple rooms and they just continued arguing with us that we were wrong.

The rooms are huge and clean but very cold. The breakfast was a joke. I do not mind having something small and simple but everything was old and moldy.

This is a very nice hotel. Check in went smoothly. The room is large and bright. The bathroom is gigantic. This is the best hotel I have stayed in on this trip. The food here is superb. There is a buffet with a large variety of Portuguese foods. Everything was delicious!

Mix up with the payment was honestly and fairly sorted out. Very happy. Plenty of parking space outside. Surrounding area was glorious. View from the balcony beautiful. Large and spacious room, very comfortable.

Très grande chambre ouvrant sur terrasse avec balcon. Entrée et salle de bains bien équipées et spacieuses. Petit-déjeuner en formule "buffet à volonté". La réceptionniste communique avec le traducteur de son téléphone, dans une version parfois approximative !

Peaceful environment. Nice rooms. In the evening the restaurant serves a satisfying 3-course meal but the main course choices were limited to meat (chicken) or fish (sardines). However, the breakfast buffet has a good variety of food but the coffee is very bitter (even after trying it with milk)

Dias de descanso e de descoberta do parque natural da Serra da Estrela. Apreciar as maravilhas e descansar o melhor possível.

O hotel superou as minhas expetativas. É muito confortável e com ótimas instalações. O pequeno almoço não é mau, mas podia ter um pouco mais de variedade, tal como croissants, fruta descascada e uma máquina de café self service. A decoração do hotel é boa, mas as dos quartos já um pouco antiga. Voltava a ficar no hotel, sem qualquer dúvida.

Op rondreis door Portugal 2 nachten in dit hotel. Ruime kamer en dito badkamer. Balkon met uitzicht over de wijde omtrek. Zowel ontbijt als diner geen enkele reden tot klagen.
