We travel the world and this is definitely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The hotel has twenty individual units that are large enough for a family of four. The service was impeccable. All staff were trained to know our names and after one meal became familiar with our preferences. The monkey island tour was great and the car service always on time. The spa was average but easily overlooked because of the incredible experience.

Our stay at Las Lagunas was so amazing that it will forever be my benchmark for quality. From our arrival to departure, I have not one single complaint. Be sure to take the monkey island trip (it's included with your stay!). Everything we ate at the restaurant was delicious, too - not a bad item on the menu.

Great staff

This place blew us away! It’s secluded, but they have most things you’d need right there. Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Their shuttle service to and from the airport really took the stress off from wondering about transportation arrangements. I was in a rush when booking this place, so I didn’t read through most of the descriptions. We were so pleasantly shocked at how much there was to do there. The museum, the lagoon tour, and pool area were all we had time for, since our personal schedule was tight, and I can rave enough about them. Waking up to the sound of howler monkeys echoing through the trees was terrifying at first because we didn’t know about them, but we laugh about it now and appreciate the experience. We had the best servers too. Alex!! Alex was the cherry on top to our stay. He took great care of us and even remembered our food preferences from the night before. When we ordered room service on our last night, he delivered the order with all the personal touches (and we didn’t mention it that time). Thank you so much Alex! My only regret was not staying longer.

The staff were all so great, probably the best I’ve ever experienced, room was great and spacious, beautiful views of the lake, and lovely pool. The monkey boat tour was very special and awesome that it was included with your stay

My fiance and I loved everything about Las Lagunas! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with drinks and a warm welcome from Brayan. Breakfast every morning with Elmer serving us was great. He was very friendly, personable, and made sure to say goodbye to us before we left. Drinks from Hector tasted amazing! He was also very friendly, personable, and helped us source local items to take home. Our tour guide Sergio was awesome and knowledgeable! We enjoyed having him for both of the tours we did. The food was everything we hoped for as well. Every person we spoke to while there was friendly. The pool was so relaxing, as well as the spa area which we had all to ourselves. We will absolutely be back!!

Beautiful property and a true paradise near Flores. They have a complimentary boat tour every morning to the monkey islands. The breakfast was also wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! The bungalow was beautiful, and the private jacuzzi was perfect, especially after climbing Acatenango. The service was impeccable. We will definitely return.

The hotel was FANTASTIC. The staff was great Brayan at the front desk and Elmer in the dining were truly excellent, warm, friendly and super helpful The pool is gorgeous and rooms were great. The Internet is spotty but that is minor. I would absolutely recommend this place

The staff at this resort go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It's the small things like remembering your name, if you take your coffee with cream or if you prefer a a certain sauce with every meal. If you need anything to your room someone answers promptly and takes it quickly. Everyone is so kind and the resort is simply amazing. Highly recommend to stay here. Elmer, Alex and Edwin the driver are great!

This is the best hotel worldwide we have ever stayed at. Starting with incredible and personalized service, the hotel was a relaxing stay in a phenomenally beautiful location. We are already planning our return!
