The service was excellent. The cupboards in the room were dirty and the breakfast was terrible. We stayed for 5 days and every day was the same food, just Vietnamese food. The gym was really disappointing; the machines are broken and rusted. Everything else was great.

Convenient location, price in June 2026: a room with two double beds for 775k including breakfast. Someone helped carry the suitcase, which was great.

However, what I found unsatisfactory was that guests weren't allowed to go to the top floor to watch the fireworks, even though it's a common area of the hotel. Guests who wanted to watch had to pay a very high extra fee because that area was used for private business on the day of the fireworks. The room price wasn't cheap, and I expected a better experience. Unfortunately, this was a less than ideal experience and didn't leave much of an impression.
