The hotel staff were wonderful The breakfast buffet area was in a tight corner of the space. The products provided for the breakfast were mediocre at best. Actually you would get over the space if the bread and products were better. The room ran out of hot water a few mornings and we had to have cold showers. Other mornings the water slowed to a dribble from the shower head.. basic stuff really to be honest..

Gd for one night

Very hard bed with plastic mattress protector which was very hot and noisy with every movement, aircon not working, bathroom extraction not working. Room clean and large.

There was no heating in the room. NO kettle, no coffee and tea, and no tissues. and this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Very dirty floor in the bedroom. NO ventilation in the bathroom. NO WIFI in the bedroom. Bed Mattress was harder then a ROCK. Staff are very unfriendly. The breakfast was unappetizing. A men's shirt was inadvertently taken from the bathroom and I felt they were accusing me of making the story up, they couldn't find the shirt and they never reimbursed me. Management staff swearing and yelling in the reception area in full public view. In my option THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT A 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star MOTEL. They must have bought the extra 2 stars from ebay. We had to buy a kettle to get some boiling water and left it there for a gift. Highly NOT recommended.

We had a surprisingly wonderful overnight stay here during a long journey. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception staff were kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was plenty of parking, and the location is ideal for travelers, just off the highway. The on-site restaurant and bar offered tasty food and a good selection of drinks. Breakfast was satisfying, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Overall, a great experience and a perfect stopover spot.

You should select this hotel if you are renting a car . Free parking and convenient to connect with roads. But if your purpose of stay is Milano city it will be a 40 minutes drive to city center

Great hotel, convenient and very friendly staff

Wonderful stay! Definitely Eco friendly which made the nights a little warm. But if you ask front desk to adjust thermostat they will.

AC did not work but staff kept telling me it was until they moved us two days later.

The property is great. Rooms are spacious and very modern. Restaurant food is excellent and so was breakfast. Communicating ahead of arrival was non existent. They didn't respond to questions about laundry and shuttle. There is no airport shuttle as listed. They will arrange a taxi from and to the airport. There are no laundry facilities, just a send away service that is expensive. Great food spot across the street but be careful crossing the round about to there.

Our stay at Just Hotel Saronno was awesome. The staff was friendly, the rooms were cleaned and stocked daily and the breakfast buffet was decent. Only knock on the stay was the distance to/from attractions and dining.

Fairly reasonable cost , decent staff. Limited by things like - no ice machines. strange lobby bar open and close times… awful buffet breakfasts

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is located 20 minutes walk from the train station across busy dual carriage ways.there is no tea/coffee in the rooms .breakfast was basic but OK. This isn't a 4star hotel in any way.its fine for a basic stay.
