The staff are just wonderful. They are kind and helpful. Even when things are simply chaotic, because, for example, there is only one small van as a shuttle to and from the airport, the driver tried to do his best to please all the clients, who were no easy and not nice, as they had been stranded by the airline (not the hotel's fault at all). Kuddos to his patience and helpfulness. The hotel is an ok layover. It is clean and comfortable, with no amenities in the room. As this is an airport hotel, I would recommend a small electric teapot to allow the guest to make a tea or coffee, when arriving very late with no bar or eating options.

Tiny airport shuttle that fills up fast and leaves passengers stranded.

Large, clean rooms. Staff were exceptionally accommodating and 24-hour shuttle was excellent.

Beware!!! Airport transport not available when you need it! Front desk staff unhelpful and uninformed

The check in process was needlessly long. The hallway to the room smelled bad. Never did find the restaurant, so settled for a sandwich out of the vending machine. The only bright spot was the airport shuttle. It was great.

Too noisy

Room was large and comfortable. Hotel is outdated, AC control and efficiency are horrible. No ice makers anywhere. Shower is super slippery. Transportation from airport to hotel is horrible. Such large hotel and transport only fits 8. It’s definitely not a Meliá type of hotel. Would not stay again.

Lovely junior suite with two bedrooms which was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Nadie espera demasiado de un hotel de aeropuerto, pero este hotel es probablemente el peor en el que hemos estado durante este viaje. Lo peor de lo peor son los colchones, que no solo son malisimos, sino que estan no sobre camas regulares, sino sobre lo que parecen catres de campamento. Si descansar es su prioridad, olvidese y pruebe otro lado.

Excellent breakfast buffet!

The listing on Expedia said this facility had an indoor pool that could be enjoyed year round with a picture of the pool featured prominently in the listing. This was the specific reason the I chose to book this hotel. In fact the pool is only open in the summer, even though it is enclosed. The listing also said there was free individual shuttle service to the airport available 24 hours a day. This was also not true. The shuttle service was infrequently scheduled at times that did not correspond to when our flight was. So we had to pay for our own transportation to the airport. When I raise these issues with the staff, they were completely unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us in any way. They denied any responsibility for the misrepresentations that were contained in the listing. Also, the breakfast food was mediocre at best. This is just a place to warehouse people who are waiting to catch their flights., a hotel that is trying to cut costs wherever they can, and not being honest about it.

Limited facilities, unreliable airport transfer bus service. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

The room was not in good condition and the staff was not friendly.

We waited over an hour as they were using the shuttle to help passengers affected by Iberias flight cancellations. When we finally got to the lobby we waited another hour to check in, as they were prioritizing the Iberia customers. They were giving out free dinner vouchers so we couldn’t use the restaurant for dinner and had to order on Uber Eats.
