Excellent hotel, nice room for overnight stay. Plenty of different choices of meals from the adjoining food hall.

Very kind staff, breakfast was good, small gym (which I think is new, cause I did not see it mentioned anywhere?) and close to metro, many busses and ahopping opportunities (incl a large food court).

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel is very clean. But the amenities are limited. Our room was small, had no bathtub, no coffee pot, and minimal storage space for our belongings. The style is ultra modern, so the "bathroom" is part of the room. There's a separate glass door to the toilet and another to the shower, but the (very shallow) sink and vanity are separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. This is a matter of taste and style, but we prefer a more traditional style. For the price, the hotel is a very decent value.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel da Música; it's charming, well located, and staff is great. The few issues I noticed: 1) NO ONE to assist carrying bags upstairs from the street entrance to the lobby on the 1st floor. 2) Asked for room service at 8:30am, only got it after 3pm. But got a nice surprise, a staff member brought me grapes in the afternoon to the room. Sweet!

The rooms are very small. Some rooms have weights and yoga matts, and coffee machines. Unfortunately ours didn't

A nice modern hotel. Was originally allocated a single room despite having booked and paid for a double. I was moved to the correct room type when I went back to the reception to discuss it. There were 3 ways that I was supposed to be able to watch my Netflix/Prime Video on the TV. The CAST and TAP options did not work. I probably had the best chance of success too as I was using a Samsung phone with the Samsung TV. While I could have tried the MIRROR option, I would then not have been able to use my phone. Casting content is becoming common in lots of hotels. It would be great if there was a solution that worked properly.

The inner rooms (facing the market) are very noisy due to the cleaning crew of the market.

Staff wonderful and told me about a free concert in concert hall, helped with metro and any questions I had. Offered assistance or ideas of what Porto offered and the food court is wonderful.

Excellent hotel in Porto with pretty much all you could ask for in a hotel in and around. Close to center and excellent friendly staff!
