Very nice and well located place with professional staff.

Such a nice, luxurious place to spend time. The included breakfast is limited to one section of the menu. The place is kid friendly so there was a lot of activity by the pool.

Incredibly hospitable and kind front desk staff. And amazing to wake up in the morning to the sounds of birds in the Mayan jungle.

Hermoso hotel y bien cercano al Teocali Uxmal.

We loved that this was so close to many areas we went and saw.

Wonderful staff and a fantastic pool. The location is amazing with view over the jungle with Mayan ruins visible in the distance. The food is great home cooked and good for the kids too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The front of the hotel needs a lick of paint but when you consider all of the other great things about this hotel it gets top marks from us. The staff were attentive and the grounds were pretty - access to the ruins is very easy and close. The beds were comfortable, the showers good and the air conditioning worked well. The only thing I would suggest is putting some furniture on the balcony for us although we had chairs inside to pull outside. The views are spectacular and to have some nice lounge chairs on the balcony would have been perfect.

El hotel es muy tranquilo, lo ideal para descansar, las habitaciones tienen buen espacio y camas confortables, la alberca es de buen tamaño y el horario es totalmente razonable, la comida es rica, como también el precio es justo, no tiene precios elevados a pesar de ser un hotel de prestigio, lo re comiendo sobre todo si ya estás un poco cansado con hambre y lo que quieres es tener una tarde noche tranquilo este hotel cumplió mis expectativas

Very nice property for the price!

Place is clean and largely quiet with large rooms, nice balconies and a lovely pool area. But it screws up the small things. The toilet in my room required several flushes, the sink faucet needed an aerator, and there were no chairs or hammocks (or other appropriate furniture) for the balcony. But the biggest problem is the restaurant. I've had better cooking in a middle school cafeteria. As there isn't a lot else open after 5 pm in the area, you're stuck with bad food.

Seems like it isn't being maintained, but was once a fabulous property. The shaman experience was great.

I will never book this hotel or its other branches. I have a horrible experience. The front desk needs more training to acknowledge and welcome guests. When we arrived the front desk staff was stapling bills and barely acknowledged us. We have to ask this person twice about our rooms, and he told us to return at 3 pm since we arrived early. We inquired about using the pool and were told to use it. However, we were never assigned rooms or given the chance to check in. By the time we returned from the pool, we approached the front desk again and we were told them that our reservation was not processed since someone in the office didn’t do the job of processing it. The lady who helped us then seemed overwhelmed trying to solve lots of other issues around her. When we asked to speak to the manager, she told us that there was no manager on site since all managers took the weekend off and left employees to handle the work unsupervised. We were told to begin a complaint with someone in CDMX. The lady told us that since we didn’t have a reservation, she was going to give us a room that was not ready, so we needed to wait more. Moreover, on the following day, the credit card system was down, so we have to figure out what to do to find cash. This made us late to begin our day trips. To sum up, this place is not worth 8.6 rate since it offers lots of stress and headache to its guests. Stay away.
