Fabulous location across from the beach. Staff were warm and welcoming. Hotel property has a nice pool and lovely landscaping. Private and secure. Nothing fancy but it was exactly what I was looking for. The included breakfast was also great!

Amazing staff, clean, and amazing breakfast

Pool was great and morning breakfast was fantastic. Otherwise, getting there was difficult from the ferry, and they have limited lunch/dinner options. It's far from the town so your option is to taxi/bus it to town, or go to the mercado next door to grab food and they look down at you for eating at the pool.

The hotel has a hot tub and heated pool that are beautiful. Conveniently located in front of a beach and about a 15 minute walk uphill to a very nice beach as well. After your check out time you can still use the pool there and the staff was very friendly. The scenery surrounding the hotel is amazing!

We enjouyed our stay thoroughly at this beautiful resort .Tatiana went out of her way to assist us with problems with our rental car .Very good breakfast with most delicious cakes and fruit .Only place on our trip that gave us an option on omelet and poached eggs .sparkling pool right oppisite the beach .All the staff very friendly and place spotlessly clean Highly recommended

We were so looking forward to this hotel stay as we deliberately paid more to stay here as it looked so pretty. Unfortunately the staff were not accommodating or helpful and caused us a lot of stress. However, the restaurant waiter was amazing and very friendly! The food was fine too. The pool was nice and clean and we would have loved this place if just the hotel wouldn't have promised us things that they didn't deliver. It's quite far from the city center so a car is needed.

The hotel was nice and in front of the beach. The breakfast was nice and the stuff so attentive and they tried to help when needed going out of their ways. The only problem was the shower and the a/c, they did not work properly. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's located right across the street from a small beach, but there are bigger and better beaches to visit on the island. The pousada was excellent: good breakfast, good price, safe and quiet location, cute design, awesome swimming pool, and friendly, helpful staff.

This is the BEST hotel for the money we have ever stayed in and we have probably stayed in at least 20 over the last few years. The staff were super helpful and there are special details that you don't see even in the four star hotels. In addition, Ilhabela is one of the most beautiful places you will ever go. Hotel maravilhoso, equipe educada extramamente prestativos. A praia é boa porém com muitas pedras com areia de faz caidas na água.

O atendimento merece 5*. Funcionários muito acolhedores, atenciosos, cuidadosos e carinhosos.
