Lovely room. Enjoyed our evening meal in the bistro and breakfast. Had a lovely walk to the Baltic Mill along the river.

Good hotel, fairly dog friendly, good location near Ouseburn. Very nice and spacious room.

Room was lovely we took advantage of £12 upgrade offered a couple of days before . Roll top bath a real treat ! Staff lovely and sent birthday card and vouchers for a drink as was husbands birthday . Bar / lounge are lovely . Didn’t have breakfast as felt it was very expensive at almost £25 per person ! Excellent bakery just 5 mins walk away with fantastic pastries / sandwiches and coffee which was perfect ! Rye lane bakery . 20 walk into Newcastle the quayside which was perfect . Would stay at hotel Again !

Excellent hotel. Very well appointed, comfortable bed and luxurious furnishings. Very friendly and capable staff. Very good food and drink options. I thoroughly recommend and look forward to returning soon.

Outstanding room and hotel

I had a really bad back and was forced to stay in my room all day and a young lady cleaner was very kind handing in extra milk/tea etc and offering to get me more pillows or anything i may need to ease my pain she was just lovely and thoughtful

Nice hotel, good location although a little walk from the city. Strange check in system - offer potential upgrade in advance which is never mentioned when checking in.

View from the room was beautiful overlooking the river and bridges. The room was clean and tidy with great amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much to ask. Would definitely return.

Room was beautiful, spacious and clean, the bedding was exceptionally good. Staff were lovely and friendly and very approachable. The Signature Suite definitely hit the mark and would love to stay there again.

Perfect room everything we needed I’m just the right places

Room was cold and heating wouldn’t go up. Main room lights didn’t work either. Very draughty and sparsely decorated. Dissapointed overall.

Staff were great, room was wonderful and the ambiance in the bar was lovely. Will definitely be back again.

Loved our stay here, we requested robes when we arrived and had a really nice chilled stay. Gorgeous separate bathroom with free standing bath and comfy bed. Could cast your own TV. We had room service and the food (and wine) was delicious. The bar was also cosy. Only downsides were our room was next to the lift so we heard a fair bit of coming and going both in the corridor and from the road outside. It was also pretty warm and the curtain in the bathroom section did not fully keep the light out (had advertised as blackout blinds)
