Looks like a good family run business. Reliable. Maybe a little bit out of the way from Jerez. They have a cute little pool. I enjoyed my short day there.

Avoid at all costs! I booked this stay for my parents. Their overall experience was abysmal, to say the least. Not only did the hotel ignore the messages and requests I sent ahead of the check-in but they gave my parents a tiny dark room on the ground floor (which we specifically asked them not to give us) with one small window overlooking an indoors corridor. Very claustrophobic. My father had to pay an extra 260 euros for the two nights to be “upgraded” to a suite, which was dusty, dirty and had two dead small cockroaches in it, along with a spider and a couple of dead bedbugs. The bed only had heavy covers, no sheets. In this oppressive heat, my parents were told by two different receptionists that they must wait until the next day to receive bedsheets, which totally defies comprehension. Besides, the hotel would only give them one flat pillow that, I suppose, both my parents would have to share until the following day. Last and certainly not least, my 70-year-old father had to go up and down repeatedly all by himself with the luggage without any help from a bellboy or a member of the hotel staff, while the receptionist kept persistently calling and re-calling the room because she was “at the end of her shift” and she needed to receive the extra payment in order to leave. Seriously, what kind of 4-star hotel is this? I reached out to the hotel directly to give them a chance to make amends and they totally ignored me. My parents received no apology either, just indifference

Another fantastic stay here. This is a quiet Country Club style hotel with a renowned and top value restaurant in a rural situation just to the east of Spain’s famous sherry producing and horse fair city, Jerez de la Fronteira. Very comfortable, quiet and peaceful stay here with the most charming staff at all levels. Only wish that we could get here more frequently. Having travelled throughout the world for more than 60 years we still love returning here ! Only breakfast buffet I know that serves a Carve It Yourself Jambon. Brilliant !

Out of town with delightful views over La Cueva Park to front of hotel. Remarkable breakfast with plenty of choice of cut fresh fruit, uncut fresh fruit, breads, pastries, hot and cold fare, teas and coffees cured meats and cheeses, and above all, a carve yourself ham ! At dinner, a huge menu with regional options, including roast suckling pig and pork cheeks in their own juices. Excellent waiter assisted us with excellent very reasonable wine choice to go with pork cheeks. Ever back this way we will have no hesitation in stopping for another couple of nights.

It was very nice. Staff was friendly. Extremely clean. They have a really good well recognized restaurant. A little bit pricey for the Andalusia region. Wifi signal could be better.

This hotel is nice and it is clean but it is not up to the standards of a 4* hotel. I know that times have been difficult in the hospitality/tourism industries for the past year or more, but this hotel is looking tired. Carpets on the stairs are dull and threadbare. Outside is looking a tired and a bit dirty. The cafeteria is now permanently closed, and the bar menu is expensive. 6€ for a half portion of chips/French fries is outrageous. 4€ for a 1/4litre of beer equally so. The pork in the hot pork sandwiches was plentiful and we'll cooked, but it was pork and bread, and nothing more. The barman and chef were as helpful as they could be, but the bar food was overpriced and under delivered.

this is a great hotel, at a very decent price situated 10 mins from the centre of Jerez... Its very clean and very functional and used often by motorcycle teams who are training at the motor circuit next door... Its restaurant is one of the finest restaurants in the area and boasts a great menu - with great service

Lovely setting near the race track. The hotel itself was very nice, with comfortable, spacious rooms. The restaurant serves excellent Spanish cuisine. It also has a cafe for snacks etc. The pool is gated with access via room key. It wasn’t busy when we were there. Beautifully maintained and private. Staff were very helpful and nothing was a bother. We stayed there for 2 nights to tour Herez. Taxi into the city cost us 16 Euros which we used as we wanted to visit a bodega. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel and would go back there if visiting Jerez

Out of the way hotel. Quiet. Beds need memory foam toppers and would be good to have a choice of pillows but as we only needed a place for one night this hotel was good for purpose. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
