Room was clean, the pool area was not so great. There was a Phone you could use to order drinks to the pool…it didn’t work. No staff which was a shame. Overall visit to hotel and location great

Great hotel in central location. Wonderful staff. We arrived early and receptionist made big effort to find us an available room Close to airport bus last stop in Miraflores. 150 yds. Bus good and from airport every hour. Room clean,comfortable and well equipped Beds comfortable. Close to clifftop walkways Breakfast buffet excellent

This is a lovely property and well located in Miraflores. The breakfast menu was fresh and appetizing. I would certainly recommend staying at this property.

The breakfast is good but too American(United States), every day ...you can offer at least one day or two of the week..... Peruvian variety....this is just suggestion....thanks!

This is the first time I don't get a room by the check in time. The staff also need to learn how to approach guests.

I'm still fuming writing this review. We arrived at 9am, after an eight hour flight from NYC. We were hoping to get some rest after a long travel day with a group of 11 plus an infant. I know check-in is 3pm, but a little flexibility goes a long way. Not here, apparently. When 3pm rolled around, our rooms weren't ready. I had to fight and beg for them to get us checked in. Four rooms finally arrived at 4pm, but my friend with 2 teens and an infant didn't get hers until 6:00pm. And we weren't the only ones. The lobby was packed with frustrated tourists. If you're traveling with a big group, be prepared to fight for your rooms. And if you've got kids or infants, don't expect any special treatment. In addition, the rooms were quite basic and lacked decorative touches. The amenities were minimal, with only two pillows provided, and I had to request a blanket as none were available initially. 😒 2/5 stars from me.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the dining room/bar servers. They offered advice on activities in the area. When we mentioned to the front desk that we had a 5:30am pick-up for a tour and wouldn't be present for the breakfast buffet they packed a brunch bag to go for us to take with us before we left early am.

Fantastic hotel. I absolutely loved it . So centrally located not far from the beach. You can walk down the seaside up to Barranco area . Great restaurants are within walking distance. There is a small cafe at the lobby, cafe tastes great x staff is very friendly , welcoming. Great unbeatable prices for uber taxi . This was my first trip to Peru and it was a great introduction to South America. Rooms are clean, buffet breakfast with variety of food and drinks . Every staff member is friendly , smiling and working hard. There is a gym and little pool on the top deck and stunning view. This is one of my best trips ever. I will never forget it . Just to add more , there is a fantastic Indian market within walking distance from hotel around 20 mins walk. There are best prices for buying varieties of souvenirs . You cannot miss that !!!

I brought my Mom to Peru for a quick getaway

It met my expectations and beyond. I will stay at Dazzler again if I have the opportunity.
