Fiendly staff, good size clean room

Very convenient location when traveling. Very Nice Hotel near the Chetumal airport.

Convenient with train transfer. Given 1 complimentary breakfast for 2 guests??? Clean nice pool on the roof.

El cuarto tenía algunos detalles de limpieza en las sábanas, la atención del personal estuvo excelente. El área al rededor del hotel está medio fea.

Room 306, toilet didn’t flush. At checkout the front desk was not even interested. They Just said sorry

Nos quedamos, mi esposo, mi hija y yo una semana en el hotel y todo muy tranquilo. El hotel está bien ubicado, las camaristas y los recepcionistas muy atentos, el desayuno buffet excelente y las habitación limpia y cómoda. Solo no nos gustó que la habitación no contara con refrigerador y que el piso de madera alrededor de la piscina se veía y sentía muy desgastado, hasta temiamos caernos. Como observación creo que sería conveniente que los recepcionistas aprendan inglés porque mi esposo no habla español y yo debía traducirle todo.

Everything was great with exception of the bar not charging to the room and having to close out tab after every drink!

Staff was courteous. Extended buffet options, including sea food and custom breakfast food order. However, the soap for hair and body does not foam nor have a good scent as was previously. Also, my room TV was not smart. No Netflix option

Yes, everything was great. From check-in to good room service, clean rooms . Also a plus for us, the staff spoke English. Definitely will be back when we travel through again.

Very clean and quiet. The room was perfect. The roof top pool is beautiful.
