Lovely apartment. Clean, handy to everything. Good gym and hot tub. Lots of options to dine. Would stay again.

Clean. Staff were friendly

Lovely clean room but not very sound proof, could hear conversations in next room quite clearly. Would not recommend the dining downstairs salad meal needed a life jacket to save it from drowning in the vinaigrette dressing. Plate of vegetables was not as advertised and smothered in dried hard herbs and over cooked.

Was a bit unsure of staying in a pub, But, Large room, huge tv, roomy bathroom, good feed at the pub downstairs, continental breakfast was pretty good as well, only complaint is that early cleaning staff and tradies were very loud outside my room .

Was very disappointed to be given a cheap basic room when I had booked the superior king suite. Then be told sorry we accidentally gave it to someone else. Totally ruined the experience of the hotel

Room was comfortable and quiet. Restaurant serves basic pub food.

Was clean, quiet, great that restaurant was just down stairs, great parking, central to town, does really need a lift as was with my 85 year old mother & hard to go up two flights of stairs.

Clean quiet all services quick check I and check out close to centre of town easy walk to my reds durinstay

Ideal comfortable and very ice staff.

Staff were very helpful. We were right on the last orders for food if not a little late but got all our orders through and out to us very quickly. Steaks were not as good as last time when they were fantastic but that happens sometimes of course.

Clean rooms and friendly staff - surprised at having to wait 75 minutes for evening meal after which time I queried when we would receive our meal. Group in gaming area noisy, inappropriate language and disruptive on both evenings - should be more control there
