Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was attentive.

Whenever we are in town, we always try to stay at this hotel. This time we were able to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms, which was very nice. The remodel and the newly renovated room was very modern and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we will be sure to stay here the next time we are in town.

The personal is very kind.

My first room had a very strong odor of urine, had to change room in the middle of the night because the odor was so strong. The second room was a little bit better, but it also had odor in the bathroom as well. I'm not as strong, but the wall had a fabric wallpaper that must have absorbed those smells. We were not told that there would be Construction going on. It was just very hard to get in and out of the parking lot with work crews in and out. I've stayed at that hotel in the past and I hadn't had that issue before

Elevador sumamente lento, todo los demas bien.

The staff are always very courteous and attentive to our needs. This is my go to hotel when we travel to Monclova.

The room was spotless and the front desk was very kind during our stay. The pool was great as well, water wasn’t freezing. Overall pleasant stay.
