my first stay few years ago was excellent for short stay. but my recent stay, not so much. we found bed bugs at the last night, and the hotel doesn't have any housekeeper or linens that time, so the only option available was to change room. which was... pretty much a hassle in the middle of the night..

very strategic, suitable for staying while in Pattaya. close to pattaya beach, just walk, and in front of the alcazar show. steady soul

Poor service, 11:30 am, call Puk, come to knock the room loudly and say "Time is over, please come out." Better words for customers.

Good location and near the source of food But the air in the room is slow The hair dryer in the bathroom is broken. Very stiff bathroom door

Hole in the bathroom door. Top bunk is too noisy when even slightly moved body. Didn't think that entrance was this small. Nearly missed it. Overall was okay though...but just lean towards unsatisfied.

A type of budget hotel in the middle of a crowd, affordable prices for a budget hotel class, beside the walking street but not noisy. Near to the beach, to the central marina, to terminal 21 mall, to Alcazar or Tiffany Cabet show, it's easy to access street food.

Good school, but the entrance is not clear. Went through and couldn't find On the day of entering the room, there was a very pungent smell of cigarettes, wanting to improve the overall stay regulations, close to entertainment, beach travel, reasonable prices.

Rooms are clean, but small and slightly dark. Air conditioning is problematic, hot and cold. Good location, right on the street front, there are many eating places around.

The room is very good. At first I thought that it was cramped because of staying with 4 people, but when I entered the room, more spacious than I thought. Good location, near many places. But the bathroom is narrow and musty

I love everything in the hostel, the staff, the place. Good quality service. The place is really near to all temples and stores and street markets. They also provide complimentary foods and drinks. Great service

Its strategic location exactly opposite the Alcazar Cabaret. Close to mall, bars, café and just 10 minutes' walk to the beach. Unfortunately there is no elevator and does not provide breakfast. WiFi is also not stable. The rooms are large but the bathrooms are small. But overall is good and recommended.

I stay in 1 room for 4 people. And the room was very spacious, there was 1 large bed and 2 beds, 2 tvs, towels, fridge and mineral water, complete toiletries (plus hairdryer), all complete. Clean, comfortable, receptionist quite helpful. Cool, the location in front of the show alcazar show, close to the mall, bangak street food and thai massage. Over all, you should try.

Strategic place, cleanliness also awake friendly officer just love no lift but overall satisfied.

Bett pattaya location is really great! just across alcazar cabaret show and really convenience to walk around. near to central marina shopping mall and we can find several seafood restaurant that is amazing! the only concern is no elevator so if you stay in the 3rd floor like us, better not to shop heavily

I have booked since 2 weeks before and succeed, H-1, the hotel is full and finally I changed to another hotel, should this hotel update the availability of the room clearly.
