Great location near malls, good service and clean rooms.

1.Aircon not working properly 2.staff not helpful and friendly 3.paid room rate with free breakfast 3 people,but hotel asked to pay additional 1 breakfast even we only have 3 adults to have the breakfast. 4.hotel staff called to refund the breakfast money after we check out the hotel but asked we go down to the hotel to collect the money.

CI was a little bit slower than i expected. Overall this property is definitely the best choice in this area. Will come back again.

Like most Wanda hotels it is very grand and modern. Rooms are well appointed, gym is good, swimming pool is good and the dining is OK. It is situated a short taxi ride from the centre of Harbin so not too difficult to get in and out of.

Just 4 mins walk to the Wanda Shopping Mall where u can find restaurants in range of choices ~

I found everything excellent. Good choice when in Harbin.

I was not happy with the room coffee service. I ran out the coffee in my room and called operator for more coffee. It took a good 20 minutes before the coffee brought to my room; however, there was no coffee mate. I asked for milk instead, I was told that the supervisor was not in yet, therefore I could not have either coffee mate or milk. I called back to the operator and complained that I knew there was breakfast service on the first floor and there must be milk there. Finally I was given two coffee mate. It surprised me with such poor service for the price that paid for the hotel room. It was the only service that I requested throughout my three day stay.

Very good location that offers plenty of shopping, dining options. The hotel and the rooms are luxurious and the service is great. One of the downside was that non-smoking floors still smells like cigarette with ash treys at the elevator hall. Also the swimming pool is not serviced by the hotel and other residents of the building can use it. Swimming cap was also required which the hotel did not inform us.

日本のホテルにある、と考えられるものは全てあります。 例えばトイレットペーパーもちゃんと設置されており、トイレに流してもオーケー。 シャワーもちゃんと出るし、英語が話せるスタッフもおります。なので、迷ったらここにしておけば問題はないでしょう。中心地からは離れてますが、近くにショッピングモールがあります。 このクラスの宿泊料金としては安いので、ホテルライフも楽しみたい、という場合には選択肢としてありです。

Et dejlig sted til at overnat. Men vi er simpelthen så skuffet over hotellets restaurant, dumplings blev ikke kogt nok, kolde i midten, okse-burgeren smagte af svinekød. Hotel er meget tæt på Harbin West Railway Station og Wanda Plaza. Lad være spiser på hotellets restaurant.
