The tv was not working and no phones to communicate with the front desk

The bathroom was dirty and because there is no carpet on the floor in the rooms, we can hear everything in the other rooms. This affected our sleep as we could hear next door’s baby walk, talk and cry.

La plomberie de la douche devrait être réparée. Le sauna était hors d’usage, c’est dommage.

So the hot tubs are a nice touch, but the rooms are a little janky, so expect an old comfort in. that has been renovated, with some hot tubs. Not a bad place still pretty nice, would recommend if you can get a decent deal on a room. Wouldn't be paying over 150 a night for this place thou.

Very clean room. Alittle disappointed as we come for a tournament and don’t get back to hotel till 11pm would be nice to have access to hottub, and sauna. I come every month and stay with you

Tooth on counter, black hairs in bathroom, no smart TVs. No compensation offered other than changing room despite dealing with these cleaning issues

The staff is always courteous and helpful. Unfortunately there are some signs of wear without repair. The Nespresso and coffee station are a nice touch.

The room was very basic and there was a lot of noise during the night — the soundproofing is very poor. The spa was only partially functional and did not match the photos on the website at all. The restaurant was average.

Bed was too firm. Hot tub was not very hot, just warm because of a mechanical issue.
