Room was very comfortable and clean. Good sized bathroom. Parking lot has plug in for block heater cord. Would stay here again.

We travel with our small dog and love that they are welcoming; however with the recent weather they used a ton of salt and my guess is it wasn’t paw friendly my dog could only take a couple steps. I notified the desk and they were responsive. A quick wash in our room and being carried over the salted area fixed the area

We initially were checked into a room that was not cleaned, beds unmade and bathroom was a mess. We were quickly checked into the room right next to it. Then we had someone enter our room at 4am. If it wasnt for the door latch, these people would have been able to walk right in. When we called the front desk to inform them of what just happened, we were told " i will try and make sure it doesnt happen again"! At check out the next morning we spoke to the manager and told him we were not impressed having someone enter our room at 4am. He proceeded to tell me he spoke with the front desk attendant and was told he didnt make a key for that room so there was no way that someone could open the door. No apology, no accountability at all for whst had happened. Clearly if no one made a key to allow these people into my room, Motel 6 Brandon has a major security issue in their system and anyone at anytime can walk into guests rooms. I would avoid staying at this hotel.

A chair to relax in in the room would be a great addition as opposed to the hard wooden dining room chair provided. Not everyone wants to sit on the bed.

Breakfast area was extremely cramped and crowded. Selection of food was poor. Shower curtain was falling off the wall, shower curtain looked very dirty and towels smelled musty. Would not stay here again.

We had a great clean pet friendly room.

Staff was kind and helpful. Room was roomy.

The front desk staff were friendly, the room and bathroom were clean. We didn’t hear any other guests during the night. Easy to check in and out.

The room heater was my only complaint. Very loud and constantly cycling on and off.

One exit door wasn’t operational at all. Queen was more like a double. Mattress was hard. Minimal breakfast options. Walls paper thin, cramp area

Price was great the service was wonderful in the complementary breakfast especially the waffles were a real attraction

Room was spotless, very clean and inviting. I was in an accessible room which was well equipped and comfortable. I needed a shower chair so I called the front desk and housekeeping promptly brought it to me

Parking ample and well lit. Staff outstanding Rooms are clean but need updating

Everything was great. Didn't realize that there was a continental breakfast a great suprise. Was checked in quickly.

Light switches in room, something not working correctly turn on entry and lights beside bed turn on also swicth by bed did nothing. WATER damage on wall beside tub and no doubt mold. Hallway area outside elevators on second floor could use a fresh coat of paint.

Overall it was okay. The issues with the room were the floors were peeling and coming up along the seems. We were on the third floor and the bathroom was freezing cold and no pressure in the shower. I think it was due to the shower head being so corroded the water wasn't getting through. The towels were a yellow color and had a funny smell. We asked for an extra blanket and were give a brown and orange thing that looked like it was once the end cover to the bed. We typically stay in the Motel 6 in Winnipeg and this is our first time staying in the one in Brandon due to our excellent stays in Winnipeg however this will most likely be the last time we stay in this one.
