Gorgeous apartment, perfect location, a formal welcome from the owners- private parking. This is our favorite place to stay in Montreal.

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was clean and in the perfect spot. 15 min from downtown and 12 min from Olympic stadium!

Everything about this property was wonderful. We would stay there again without a doubt. The host left us complimentary water and wine which was very nice. We were right near La Fontaine park and could get to multiple locations within a few blocks. When it rained, we took an uber. Everything was great.

This unit is so wonderful! This is our second time staying in one of Miozoti’s properties and we are in love with how stylish, tasteful and comfortable they are! Incredible market two blocks away… next to a Metro station. So perfect! Very hard to overstate how impressed we were! Had a VERY happy and comfortable week’s stay.

We chose to stay in a non-hotel area and the Loft Jacques-Cartier apartment was perfect. Very much a neighborhood! Nice place. Super clean. Modern touches inside a historic building. Super comfortable. Parc La Fontaine is 1 block away. Rue Mont Royal just few streets away. Supermarket and convenience store around the corner. Lots of construction and a bit of graffiti were the only things that downgraded the area but the pros outweighed the cons. Will stay here again!

I normally stay at Major Hotel Chains such as Hilton but wanted to try a different approach. It turned out excellent. I didn’t have to pay for parking . The one bedroom suite was extremely clean and well kept . Our host was excellent, kind and attentive. This place was 10/10 . Quiet . It felt like a second Honeymoon. I will definitely be going back . We parked the car and walked downtown everyday as it was close by . It was a comfortable and safe walk with beautiful parks and people to meet . Can’t wait to go back and stay at the Lofts .

A wonderful apartment to explore Montreal and the surrounding area. The parking makes it so easy if you are coming with a car. And of course Mio is so sweet and kind and takes such good care of you!

The apartment is huge and is super clean. There is plenty of hot water and the shower is large. The towels and bed linens are very fresh and new. The pictures are very accurate. It is well equipped and has a nice little balcony at the back where we ate breakfast every morning. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries, and is located in a very nice neighbourhood. There are several BIXI bike locations nearby. Mio is very friendly and a wonderful host. She was really helpful and booked a taxi for us on the day of our departure. We stayed for 7 nights and everything was perfect !! We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again !

This place is clearly designed for couples with it's one bedroom, but because it is designed for couples, it's full of nice things. Owner clearly has the designer touch with nice fixtures and a very charming and comfortable setting. The area is a short walk from all the good things Montreal has to offer. The owners clearly take great pride in the presentation. They also made it very easy to check in, park etc. Super friendly and they live on sight. Once inside, you have everything you need including a well equipped kitchen and new appliances. Comfortable bed and a very high end hotel worthy bathroom. You can sit outside in front or on a small terrace at the rear. There are stores just steps away. This is a great taste in what it's like to live in one of Montreal's nicest neighbourhoods. Liked it so much we booked again :)

A beautiful modern suite in a gorgeous old Montreal building. The area is fantastic with lots of funky shops and restaurants nearby. Amazing decor and lots of privacy. We had a wonderful little getaway.

AMAZING! The apartment was stunning, Mio and Normand were the best hosts, and the location was perfect for us - in a charming neighborhood close to but not in the middle of the touristy stuff. 10/10 hands down. One item: There are steps inside and out. Unless that is an issue for you, Loft Jacques Cartier is outstanding.

Delightful neighborhood. Hosts helpful and kind. One block from Parc Lafontaine. Minus: far from the Metro.

The landlady is super nice, friendly and helpful and it was a beautiful apartment.
