Staff are very polite & helpful. Its a beautiful hotel at the heart of Davao. It ' s an almost perfect experience except that their electrical outlets are still 2 pins plug. Hopefully the management will incorporate a 3 pin plug in the future to satisfy the needs for international guests.

The hotel is located at the downtown, best location, but not good for family staying, pool is small, no towels provided, water is very cold. The room and bed is clean, big enough, but the toilet don't have floor mats, after shower, the room is wet. No slippers. Breakfast is good taste but slowly refill once empty.

We have stayed at many hotels in the Davao area and this one is the best by far. The price the restaurant and food the staff are all the best. As a foreigner I am accustomed to being treated well and getting what you pay for. I can assure you when you stay here you will be pleasantly surprised. 5 stars

Our stay here was comfortable and the food was great, I especially loved the breakfast buffet. We experienced a magnitude of 5.6 earthquake during our stay here but the staff was quick to take safety precautions, guiding & advising us to temporarily exit the building just in case. All in all, our stay was great. The rooms were cozy & clean. It was our first time and it certainly wouldn't be our last.

Location of the hotel is really good and convenient for us. Stayed here a couple times last year and I remember the breakfast buffet being the redeeming factor of the hotel because cleanliness and service was not that good. But this time, breakfast was unsatisfying but the cleanliness improved, and the service as well. Lock on our door was not working too (hope they can fix this)

Very nice place to stay. Excellent breakfast buffet included, the only negative thing I have to say about it is the television programming sucks. Only 24 channels and most of the time only 20 worked and those had poor quality. I will definitely stay again.

breakfast is good...and they have friendly staff...construction blocks the view of the city...my request for higher floors was not accommodated...there are some mosquitoes in the room

The food was excellent! The only downside during our stay was the pool. It looks like the water has not been changed for quite a while. But overall, had an enjoyable stay.
