Hotel was very basic but clean. Walls must be very thin as I could hear people talking in the other rooms. Hotel a good location & staff friendly & helpful.

The rooms look old and are fairly bare and basic, but the important thing is everything is kept very clean. The hotel has a lovely outside area, and the staff are friendly and helpful

Varazze not the best spot in Italy. Harbour was nice, but expensive, but getting there was a long walk with last bit very run down, will be nice when its finished, whenever that is. Breakfast was good, staff friendly, safe did not work. Air con could have been better and nothing on the walls so very stark in room. Parking was good and glad we paid for it as parking on street would have been a challenge.

Setting was lovely, staff great and helpful, a little dated and could use some changes, no safe or fridge in room, otherwise lovely old Italian building great gardens and property ‘

Extremely small room, no air conditioning; ceiling fan did not work; I had to ask for a fan to put on the windowsill. Tiny bathroom, no hair dryer, which was promised online, and no hooks to hang anything. Wifi so slow (on the 4th floor) that it was pointless to even try. I had to call the reception to get the password - why don't they just give it to you automatically? Breakfast okay, but coffee out of a machine can't ever match the real thing.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Geschäftsleben entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bei einem Zimmer nach vorne raus muss man mit dem Lärm einer nahen Durchgangsstraße und Froschgequake vom Innenhofteich rechnen, was bei geöffnetem Fenster unangenehm sein kann. Klimaanlage ist aber in den Zimmern vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend bestückt. Empfehlenswert.

Bonne situation de l’hôtel dans une petite rue calme où il y a quelques places de parking non payantes, autrement possibilité de se garer à 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel gratuitement. Petite rue sympathique à 30 mètres de l’hôtel où il est possible de se restaurer et très proche également de la mer. Confort chambre ok, insonorisation plutôt moyen. Petit déjeuner bien garni.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio perfetto. Ottima colazione. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ældre værelser men super rent og rengøring hver dag med nye håndklæder. Meget høfligt personale og meget hjælpsomme. Rigtig god placering i forhold til by og strand

Buonissima e abbondante colazione, camere pulite e personale molto gentile

Man sieht die 3 Sterne, aber es ist trotzdem ein sehr schöner Ort. Das Haus hat den alten italienischen Charme den ich sehr liebe. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre war, dass das Zimmer sehr hellhörig war, vor allem der Türe gegenüber. Wenn man ruhige Nachbarn hat eigentlich aber kein Problem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit frischen Croissants und gutem Kaffee. Einzig der Fruchtsaft war so Zuckerwasser ähnlich. Aber alles in allem sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Ah und das wichtigste: es ist wirklich 2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch wenn man das Meer nicht sieht, im schönen Garten vor dem Hotel hört man das Rauschen. Was sehr schön ist.

Hotel a due passi dalle spiagge e dal centro che se venisse ristrutturato all’interno soprattutto nei rifacimento dei bagni e dell’arredo sarebbe un gioiello! Sarebbe ora che la Liguria osasse e investisse al pari di altre località turistiche.

Punti da hotel 4 stelle: giardino elegante curato e spazio, servizio di pulizia. Vicinanza al centro e al mare impagabile.

Struttura non recentissima ma personale di eccellente qualità che al netto di tutto determinano un piacevolissimo soggiorno
