We chose this hotel because it is near the church that we would like to attend on Sunday. When we arrived there, we were earlier than the schedule for check-in, yet the staff were friendly. They checked our booking and allowed us to check in, even upgrading us to a room with a balcony. We had no difficulties, everything went well. Thank you.

Room was clean when we checked in. Pillows are superb comfy for sleeping with the aircon working fully well. First time to try the penthouse infinity pool which is the highlight of our stay. All in all this hotel is highly recommended.

We checked in late, that's why we weren't able to maximize the full experience at Azumi Hotel, but all in all, the staff are friendly and very polite. The rooms smell nice and are still big. The pool is long and very beautiful at night. Many food options nearby (Molito area). We had a nice and relaxing day. Will definitely come back.

The room was cozy, has good view and complete hotel amenities. Only concerns are reception took awhile for checking-in and checking-out transactions, the water in the shower is not functioning well, and parking is limited even for actual guests. So far, still a recommendable hotel.

Rooms were clean. But you can hear the traffic even on the 11th floor.

Very comfortable rooms with the amenities of a condo. They have 2 malls near the area and a lot of options for restaurants. The staff were very professional and very attentive to our needs. Great pool on the PH. The romulo Cafe serves delicious food as well. The hotel if really a boutique hotel.

You have to check-in before you enter the parking lot. Quite odd. First hotel I've encountered with such a procedure. So you park your vehicle in front of the hotel and as you enter a security guard will stop you and request your ID. Are they police? Of course when you check-in at the front desk you will have to show your ID for the booking. Then you go back out to your vehicle and head on to park. In the building, parking spaces are very limited. If you're out of luck, you'll be directed to the parking structure nearby. The front desk told me it was free but it was an outright lie. The parking attendants told me this is not the first time they encountered/argued with a guest with this deliberate false information. The parking structure has no affiliation or prior arrangement with Azumi Hotel. Overnight rate is Php250 if I remember correctly. Once you check-out and exit the parking lot, the guard will stop you and radio to the front desk if you have checked out. What if I just wanted to buy food? All in all, if you are looking for a place to relax and be treated as a guest, Azumi Hotel is not the place to go. Other hotel are about the same price on a good day. Best head there for a hassle-free experience with more professional and pleasant staff.

helpless front desk staff, not good for hospitality industry, I do understand that you have to gain revenue but not in tricky way, be honest to your customer.

It was a good stay even it's just one day but it's very comfortable and relaxing kind of room. We turn off the aircon at the whole time we spent in the room because its too cold in the room. But I loved it will come back soon.

I had a pleasant stay. Bed is comfy although we are provided with only 2 pillows, one for each. Breakfast is good, worth every penny. Thank you traveloka for the deal and Azumi! Will definitely come back!

The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to shopping centers and eateries, just walking distance. The view inside the hotel is quite beautiful. Our room can be in a corner so there is a lot of glass to look into many corners.

Second time to stay here overnight and I had a great time again! The pool was open until 2 AM and had a great view of the city. Room was pretty standard and has the same content as other hotels. Everything was clean and orderly when I arrived. Complimentary drinks/snacks would have been great since they only give out 2 water bottles. There was a minor issue with our aircon and we have to go out of the room while they fix it but they fixed it under 15 minutes. Employees were all very nice and pleasant to talk to. It’s also nice that they have a balcony. If you want a nice room without paying a lot, then this hotel is for you.

It was okay. We’d come back but maybe won’t have the breakfast buffet anymore. Staff were very very friendly.
