It is a beautiful historic building with a nice and friendly staff.

Good enough but the bathroom is extremely small

The hotel is a bit old and needs revamping, but that makes it attractive and cozy.

Old world charm. Classic hotel in great downtown position by the river. The place needs some attention but a confortable and friendly stay. Breakfast was simple but effective. Free parking at rear.

Wonderful old fashioned hotel beside the river. This was a last minute booking. Check-in was easy. Rooms good. My husband found the bed too soft but it was okay for me. Free car park, big enough for our car towing a Drascombe longboat.

Everything was very good. Staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was well prepared and always ready and plentiful.

Had a good couple of nights here. Room was very compact but clean and today. I slept during the day as I was night shift and the hotel was very quiet. Asked for a late checkout as I was switching hotels and the hotel could not accommodate, which I found slightly disappointing. Harry’s bar down stairs food was ok but there was lots of places near by. Don’t forget to get a car park pass from reception as the car par is monitored and you will get a fine.

This was a nice hotel experience. The building is full of history and character, but feels a little tired, which is probably part of it's charm. The staff were excellent and keen to provide a professional service. I will stay in this hotel again for sure.

Nice stop between Stockholm and Oslo. Quaint small town, hotel is in the center with free parking. Comfy bed, quiet room, adequate breakfast and friendly staff.

Absolutely fantastic, Will return.......Harry's Bar Food great quickly arrived, very tasty.

Great value - People very nice and look after very well but very little to do otherwise

The room was in poor condition. In great need for renovation, bathroom smelled bad and the bathroom was in bad condition overall (in the shower there was two wholes in the wall...).

Vistelsen i de stora hela var absolut okej, men bodde i sviten och blev lite besvikna då varken de gick att se på tv (en funka inte alls o den andra bara laggade) ingen tvål i hållaren ingen kyl med tanke på värmen och allmänt dåligt underhållet renoveringsmässigt … ingen direkt svitkänsla

Allt va slut på frukosten, personalen vägrade fylla på fast det var över en timme kvar av serveringen.

God frukost, gott med bakverk uppskattades.

Frukostmatsalens underhåll saknade kärlek. Det var ofräscht. Såg ingen från personalen under hela frukosten. Diskstället svärvade över. Inte bra.

Mycket bra bemötande i receptionen, bra frukost, fint gammalt stadshotell

Rummen har spår av att vara eftersatta, men de är rena. Kakel i badrummet var trasigt, tvålen var inte påfylld vid handfatet, det var skador på väggen i ingången av rummet. Personalen förklarade väldigt ingående vad som fanns tillgängligt för personen som checkade in innan mig, men själv fick jag bara nycklar och en önskan om en trevlig vistelse.
