We got a renovated room it was nice very clean!! The staff were great the location is great as well overall a wonderful experience

We had a good stay overall. The staff were wonderful—very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the restaurant was amazing. The restaurant staff were especially professional and welcoming, which made our dining experience even better. On the downside, our room felt outdated. The king bed was old and had a noticeable bump in the middle, which made it uncomfortable. The blankets also seemed worn. Even though it was great location near La Gran Via . Despite that, the excellent service and restaurant experience were definite highlights.

Gym was not open as it has new equipment being installed. The room was too warm.

Central hotel - nice rooms and bathrooms and v quiet - staff were super helpful The gym was unusable as being refurbished which was great shame as we booked it so we could use a gym I would definitely book again

Very friendly and helpful staff, very central location. Room had everything we needed, brilliant shower. Breakfast very good and roof top terrace provides great place for a drink with views over the city

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a great location, quiet inside but in the thick of it outside. Really enjoyed our quick stay.
