The staff is extremely friendly and cheerful. A small note for guests is that the exact check-in time is 2pm, and cannot be booked in advance. However, you can leave your luggage and walk around to find local food, then go to 7 eleven to buy some things and then come back to check in, which is great.

The hotel has a good service. The price was fine.

The room is big, comfortable, clean, complete facilities, good value for money, but the entrance to the hotel at night is quite quiet and lonely if walking alone.

Clean all parts of the hotel. The room is wide, but the pool is smelly. The smell of the canal is a little bit outside that is good.

The new accommodation is very clean. The staff is well maintained.

The location of the hotel is less strategic, entering the alley until I'm afraid of being wrong when you arrive at the hotel, but the staff is friendly enough to be pleasant, for breakfast every day the same so it's rather bored. And they provide transport for free (tuk tuk) to certain places.

Everything is excellent!. The room is very nice. Foods are delicious. All of the employee are very nice. That's why when I go back to Bangkok on December to watch Miss Universe 2018, I will still stay in iSonook Residence. Thank you very much. Perfect stars for all.

Me and my mom stayed here for 6 days for our first trip to Bangkok. The room was spacious and clean, the staffs were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast, although not really various, was good. They provide free shuttle van to the pier, siam square, train station and mrt station which was very helpful! Please note that the free shuttle van is available starting from 8am local time, so if you need to go before 8am, you need to find your own way (but they can help to call for a taxi). On the other hand, the location is quite hard to find (many taxi, tuk-tuk, grab drivers didn’t know where it is) because you have to go inside small alleys (big enough for a car, though) even though it was nice to see how locals lives. There are some small restaurants near the hotel that provide great food for a cheap price that opens in the evening, and some convenience store. Overall, me and my mom really enjoyed staying at iSanook and definitely recommends it! Tips: don’t forget to pick up a map that they provides in the reception desk! It really helps when you’re having difficulties to find your way back to the hotel haha!

Friendly staff with superb accommodation experience but the air conditioning is not cool enough even turned to 18’C. Breakfast is good, lots of selection of foods.

Room very clean and comfy. Breakfast ok. Location, near Siam Paragon, about 3 kilometers away, free tuk-tuk provided for you to go out to a few areas.

Isanook has tuktuk (the transport) that bring you to many access: MRT, skytrain, bus, fast boat that take you anywhere you want.

The staff serve breakfast very enthusiastic and cute, the room is dark and not airy, feeling quite secret, tv can not use.

Second time stay in this hotel... everything ok no complaint... only the pillows not as first time comfortable... awesome breakfast and friendly staffs... good service! One more bad thing is when you want to go back this hotel for sure tuk tuk and taxi will be very expensive and difficult to get taxi by meter.

Nice room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed.
