Great experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms were nice, but the WiFi in the rooms weren’t too reliable. We went to the pool area to get online.

This in one of the places where ravishing reviews depart from personal experience. The good: a beautiful pool yard The bad: my room was derelict, renovated well over a decade ago. The AC did not work, dampened the floor, everything. The “welcome” desk was the coldest in my 50 years travelling, no courtesy. The ugly: in Tunez there are no private beaches, but the government rents them all the way up to 3 meters from the water. We seated in the beach with the same name as the hotel, we were expelled by 5 guards. The hotel reception never gave us direction on which was their beach, when I told them what happened, no apologies, they did not care. Summary, one of my worst experiences as a tourist in over 148 countries.

Really rude staff especially front desk. Bad location in the middle of nowhere. Room was like an oven.

Did a short get away from tunis, off season, very quiet, staff was attentive and friendly. Little english spoken. Spacious clean rooms

Pretty botique hotel without the big fanfare of larger resorts. Loved the individual apartments. Ours was two story and tastefully designed. A beautiful place to stay. One bed was too hard off the three and not 5 star finishes, but very clean, friendly, great for families and the price. We’ll go back.

Location is great. 2 mins from Sidi Mahares beach. Great value. Apartments are all well-appointed and a one bedroom is HUGE for a single traveller. The grounds are well kept. Food choices are ample. Staff are very helpful and courteous. If there’s no WiFi access in your room just ask reception and they’ll promptly set up an extender. Would highly recommend and would stay again without a moment’s hesitation

Nice hotel close to the beach, very quiet with nice garden. Very good for families with small children.

Great place to stay for families. Pool and access to the beach. Spacious rooms and modern decor

It's a decent hotel. However there's a severe lack of staff and they're not that helpful. Two nights in a row we received our dinner at different times so we couldn't eat at the same time. Also both times they had forgotten a dish so one guest had to watch the rest of us eating while waiting.

Modern simple design with nice layout. Apartment is great for a family of 4. We used the small kitchen a few times, which was great to have. The location was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. Great beach to take a long walk on. Staff were friendly. Pool area was not crowed. The only downside was we could hear the kids in the apartment next to us getting up very early and banging around.

Kommen hier immer wieder gerne her! Scharfe Messer gibt es allerdings immernoch nicht ;-D sonst alles in Ordnung!

Wir waren wie immer grundsätzlich zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Toumana. Ein bisschen mehr Besteck wäre gut (wir hatten ein einziges, stumpfes Messer, zwei Gabeln und Löffel) und Spülmittel+Schwamm wären cool. Preis/Leistung passt und wir kommen wieder.
