there is no english remote in room laundry service is no good I left my pants in room as explained , they not taken it I booked included with Breakfast but they said no free Breakfast...

The bed was nice and comfortable. But unfortunately the room has cigarette smell.

Very bad. English is very bad. I said makeup room NOW please. He said I said NO. Finally my room was very messy and was not cleaned because the house keeping was home. I asked for a big towel for shower 3x the wrong towel. Because all staff do not understand English. Dusty room. Dressed with clothes there is a wad of woman's hair.
