I was refused to Check-in because I had a dog. And they still took my payment anyway. I asked for a refund and they told me no. Only certain rooms allow dogs. There was no option to book those rooms. I had no idea the room I booked was no pets allowed.
I tried to explain this several times but they do not care, and will take payments anyway.
The policy says no refund at 4:00pm. I booked my room at 7:15pm and checked in at 8:00pm, not knowing about the pet friendly rooms (because it doesn’t say!)
If you plan to stay here with a pet, be 1000000% sure that room is pet friendly or they will take your money anyway and will not empathize. Better yet, stay somewhere else. The staff is not kind.
