My room was very nice the staff was overly friendly had to leave early the next morning they packed me a lunch and had it ready me when I left definitely recommend

Small 3 star hotel near the train station in Bremerhaven. About 15 minutes walk to the main part of town, with museums and the like. Hotel itself feels set in a residential area between the train station and town. Functional room, modern bathroom, bed that wasn't too hard (if small and narrow). Limited work desk. Very good breakfast buffet with lots of choice.

Very close to the train and bus stations, the hotel was perfectly suited for my needs. Check-in was quick and easy and my room was clean and comfortable. My rate included breakfast and it was top-notch! Tasty food and presented very beautifully

Third day of stay was of no choice based on time constraints due to employment hours. My room was not cleaned during my entire stay or to be offered fresh towels. I regretted not leaving work early to rent another hotel in the area.

Unprofessional staff and ignorant to say the least. No Welcome greetings, just a stare and burdened expressions. They saw me at the reception window and ignored me for a good five minutes. I did track the time I stood waiting for their attention. There’s more I want to add but you all understand bad reviews. The whole experience was horrible at first impression and all the way to the end. I will never return and I’ll pass on my experiences to my friends and co-workers who frequent Bremerhaven often.

My third time staying at this property over 4 years. Called in advance of arrival. Thought the desk might not be open (correct due to COVID). They explained the key system and allowed me to designate a PIN to get the keys. They provided a nice nice box meal vice the normal breakfast buffet.

Had a pleasant stay during our trip through Germany. The staff were friendly and a nice breakfast.

We had a car and were able to find parking easily on the street. There was some construction going on in the hotel but it was carefully contained and the noise didn't start until after breakfast. Our floor was not affected. The room was great!

We requested a double bed when making the reservation but were given a room the size of a walk in closet with two twin beds. Hotel was under renovation which left the hallways extremely dirty. Front desk attendant was not very friendly and customer service was poor. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other hotels in Bremerhaven. Definitely not worth the price we paid for the room.

We booked a small room but the manager upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment since we had our whole family and it was amazing! Would definitely recommend this hotel they were very friendly and accommodating and their continental breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay here again!!!
