Great location and good facilities including parking. Only disappointment was that the apartment did not have a washing machine. There is one communal machine which really is inadequate for a complex of this size.

No hot water. No signal no external lights,

Apartment was altogether ok but without air conditioning. It was simply unbearable to stay inside. We left one day earlier than planned. They really have to think about installing the air con.

This is the lovely hotel 20 minutes walking distance to the beach. Clean room and amenities. Nice outside pool where you can order food and drinks. Check in and check out pretty simple. Hotel staff is very helpful. The only concern in our room there was no shower accessories such as shampoo, shower gel or hair dryer.

The staff were very helpful and prompt.The room was comfortable and spacious with frequent attention to cleanliness.Parking good and a quiet and peaceful location although a long climb for older people

Spacious ground floor apartment very clean just a few steps to the pool We #stayed in 12a and my daughter and family 12b the only downside with 12b it had no bedroom window Iwoukd have found this really claustrophobic these ground floor garden apartments do no get the sun until really late afternoon as the are shaded with trees etc Pool bar fantastic and Danielle and her dad Eduardo amazing hosts Food at pool bar great,apartments a good 15min walk into town just above the apartments some really good bars/restaurants ie little gecko and the courtyard I would return but would request 2nd or 3rd floor with balcony😎

Overall a good stay. Booked one of the cheaper options and it was fine with just a few quirkie wobbles. The apartment was fresh and bright - have stayed in far worse. Nestled at the foot of the mountains. Lovely grounds and well maintained. I was there over New Year and it was freezing a couple of nights but the staff were very helpful and immediately brought another heater. Very useful that the office is on site. Supermarket is next door and it's a short walk down to Buriana Beach and into Nerja town and beach. Nerja is a beautiful place and Las Rosas a lovely place to stay. Will definitely be back.

I stayed at the apartment for eleven days over Christma and the New Year and found the Capistrano del Rosa very pleasant in general. There was a supermarket conveniently located literally two minutes walk from the apartment and Burriana Beach was a fifteen minute walk away. The customer service was excellent. A slight criticism would be that the apartment I rented seemed to have a sound insulation problem (I could hear the activities of the people above me and next door) although this wasn't overwhelming and on one day (of the 11 I stayed there was a sports tournament in the sports complex opposite which meant a loudspeaker commentary for a coupke of hours at what I considered an unacceptably loud volume but par for the course in Spain.

Weather was excellent, good restaurants serving excellent food.

Great apartments on the edge of Nerja set in landscaped gardens with easy access to poolside amenities. Twenty minute walk to Burriana beach. Local supermarkets nearby made self catering easy with no need for using the car to bring in shopping. Very clean apartments and ideal for a getaway holiday whether with family or as a couple. Reception really helpful getting us into the apartment early and provided useful information about the local area and provided access to tickets or advice to local sightseeing.

Nice stay except for a loud wedding party of 30+ Irish, some of the young ones did vandalism, 5-6 in the morning. Otherwise very pleasant.

Travelled for wedding. We love walking so distance from balcon not a problem for us. Bus service also just outside apartments. Bus comes every hour on the half hour.

The apartment was ground floor with a terrace so it was good to have private outdoor space and also ample room in the apartment, although it was not attended by maids during the 7 day stay. Only 1 of the 2 pools was open but no explanation provided for this. There is a Supersol supermarket adjacent to the complex and a sports stadium with swimming pool, both proved useful. The complex is gated and so was my apartment providing the comfort of security. Pleasant, courteous staff at reception and pool.

Excellent hotel, right on the beach and the staff were excellent

Apartments are tired and need up dating but customer service was excellent . . we arrived in a cold snap and were moved to a warmer apartment with no problem. The shower did not work but plenty of hot water for baths.It is one mile to Nerja a level walk but supermarkets on the doorstep. can heartily reccommend the Asian restuarant on the other side of the road at first roundabout. Excellent meal 2 courses for 9 euros.

Very satisfied!
