Nice hotel near the park and lake offer a great place to walk.

Perfectly positioned to break a long drive between SW France & the northern ports. Located next to a massive plan d’eau or lake with a fake beach. Really cool & pretty to walk around. The lady in charge takes extra care over everything in the hotel. Pretty cushions in communal areas, plants & pretty tables on the terrace. It’s the extra touches that made the big difference. I’d defo stay again.

Very Clean, friendly helpful staff, Good choice breakfast on offer. Parking in hotel grounds a bonus. We choose one of their cheaper rooms . Quite small and the toilet shower room also tiny, ideal for us but a larger person would be a little cramped in the shower Good value

The room was not as big as we expected. There were no pillows on the bed only 2 small cushions. One brown leather cushion covering a hole in the bed sheet

Room and bathroom very small. Restaurant closed despite the hotel being busy. We had to walk a mile to a different hotel to get an evening meal.

Very good, just what we wanted for an overnight stop. Lovely staff so helpful. Easy to get something to eat, we will be staying there again, thank you 👍👍👍😊

Great little pet-friendly hotel where I always stay when travelling near La Mans. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great food, and a wonderful lakeside walk, next to the hotel, for the dogs.

So. When you search for and are allowed to book accommodation, you expect a certain amount of service. However, after booking and rushing over before reception closed to check in. Nothing. No lights, no open doors and no room at the inn.

A great little pet-friendly hotel where I always stay, when needing an overnight stay nr Le Mans. There is a fantastic dog-walking area next to the hotel, beside a lake. Very friendly and helpful staff and the food is good too.

I always stay here when travelling through the area. Lovely little hotel, lovely, friendly staff .. but my HUGE disappointment is that they close their restaurant on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays! CRAZY! I need an evening meal after a long day's driving and my ideal is NOT having to eat a salad, bought from a service area, in my room!

I often stay here - it is fantastic! As a dog owner, it's perfect, there is a wonderful walk around a very pretty lake, right next to the hotel. The hotel restaurant and food is also wonderful.

passing through...very tired....great bed

We were in transit & just needed a cheap bed & breakfast just south of Le Mans. This was ideal and whilst being on the edge of an industrial estate was beside a lake which after a long drive was great for a quiet wal around.The manager was very helpful and the hotel did have a restaurant which appeared reasonable but we only had breakfast. Very clean and very reasonably priced. Recommended,
