The staff was really friendly and they provide welcome drink and ice cream for us, the hotel even have free shuttle service to the beach nearby and their sister hotel where we are also able to use their facilities, very, very good experience! Definitely will choose Chanalai again when we visit Phuket next time!

When you want to check out, we leave the suitcase at the reception, but when we depart from the airport to the airport, the luggage left behind and the hotel until now, after being emailed many times, just answered, and the answer is unclear, emailed again, it's been 2 days , msh hasn't replied yet. Good hotel, large and clean pool. I took a deluxe room, close to the beach, just walking. Breakfast is less varied but still quite okay. WiFi is fast.

Hotel is good and clean also big rooms and 10 min walking to karon beach. I think will be comeback here again when visiting phuket anymore.
