I like the place, is in an exotic location, not much around, peaceful however I would say is not "thermal water" is natural spring water (a little cold) for what we are used to. not many food options, we found the hotel menu to be expensive

Great! You need signs to the rooms. The place is a laberint. Loved Cesar n massage and the receptionist was helpful.

The hotel itself is nice enough and we would have enjoyed the outdoor areas at and near the hotel with better weather. Annoyingly, the bar wasn't open in the afternoon and we noticed quite a number of people waiting when it did open. Strangely, the bar is not accessible through the hotel when the restaurant is closed, needing to walk around the front to get to. There must have been a large party booked in to the restaurant as it was full immediately after it opened so we had to wait an hour and a half for a table. Luckily the bar was open while we waited.

We booked this hotel based on their description and "reviews" and its proximity to Monasterio de Peidra park. We rented a car in Zaragoza and drove 135 km to the location indicated on Expedia. There was no hotel where indicated. They described it as 0.1 km from the fountain (a place where you can get "healing" mineral water also touted by the hotel. We found the fountain but no hotel in this small village. We tried to ask directions, but had language barriers and could not get across what we were looking for. Finally, we got directed to continue on the highway out of town. We passed the hotel because there was not good signage along the road. The staff spoke little or no English or French. That is not their problem, but usually a hotel ranked like this would have someone capable of communicating. We were shown to our room which was nice. The dining hours were limited and there were no concessions for drinks or sodas. The outdoor pool variously promoted from 28.5 to 34 C (83 to 91 F). Instead, it was cool, fed partially by a mountain spring and required a 3 euro swim cap to enter and find out this was not a warm pool. Any other facilities indicated hot tub, sauna, exercise equipment were part of the spa and cost extra. We didn't afford ourselves any spa experiences and did not see anyone in the spa area while we were there. If you just want a room like we did, you might do better to go elsewhere.

I vårt rum ingick SPA.
